They have new owners. I wanted to schedule an appointment for next year. They required a sixty five dollar deposit. The appointment is months and months away, I called to cancel and request a refund. I've called over ten times, THEY WONT ANSWER, ive left several messages. I've emailed politely, And my last email let them know I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. It's over an hour drive, And not convenient for me to drive over there. And I don't want a confrontation. I just want my refund for an appointment that i'm cancelling several months in advance. *****. This business is non compliant. Thank you for your help.Initial Complaint

Setup an appointment for my dog and prepaid a $65 deposit. I received an email Sunday Dec 3rd stating they were temporarily closing as they search for ********** vacinnes. My dogs appointment was for today Friday Dec 8th. Everyday this week I emailed or called trying to get a hold of someone to refund my deposit since they were not able to see my dog for his teeth cleaning. I'm seeking a refund of $65.
