I had purchased a Black Friday deal on instagram for a studio called pink door in ********* **. For 99 dollars for $200 off collection and waive consultation. Day of phone consult I was told I could choose to pay ***** for no prints just on a usb. Or ***** for a printed book, $1000 credit and a usb. This is a great deal of money and I had no idea it was going to cost that much. I felt obligated after already paying for the Black Friday deal to move forward with the ***** dollar choice and do payment plans. Day of shoot I had 200 pictures taken, at the end they pulled everything up and said now pick 10 images. I would have absolutely never decided to move forward with this if I knew I was only getting 10 images not printed just on a usb for ***** dollars, this is not Buyers remorse to be clear I uncomfortably decided to go with the way way more expensive choice I felt like I was swindled to do this. No one forced me just to be clear. I went home and panicked I called and had emailed the company. The owner has had no contact with me so far. A girl named ***** called me back and apologized for the confusion and said she could work out a deal for all my ***************************************************** printed book for *****. Idk who can afford something like this. I would never have purchased anything like this of the information was more clear on their instagram page even website has no pricing to visually see so you know exactly what you are getting. I regret that I did not ask more questions I just assumed for the great deal I spent I was getting everything. I have emailed asking for a refund and still not response and no explanation break down of why it cost this much. At this point of this company I have shared a review on yelp to help others be notified before moving forward with this company. I saw many other customers that had similar situations I wish I had seen that before moving forward. I just want a refund and be done with the company.
