On Dec 22 2022 I ordered a pizza from the round table pizza store on ************* in **********,** at around 930pm. My order went through my money was taken out of my account. At about 940pm I received a message that said my order was canceled and my money was returned to my account due to the store being closed. It was not closed by the way open til 10pm. Anyway I give it a few days hoping my money would be given back and nothing happend so last week I called and asked for a manager and spoke with ************************* who was short with me and very rude and said it takes time to get it back and I would have it in a couple days. A couple days came and went and I still don't have my money back ***** give or take some change. So I called tonight at 9pm asked to speak to an manager and got ************************* again and to no surprise he was short and rude and insinuating I was lying saying everything was done on his end and so it is on me. I ask to speak to someone in a higher position than him and was told his supervisor was on vacation and would be back tomorrow I asked his name and was told ***** I ask what time he would be In so I could talk to him and was told he doesn't work at that location he works in *********, ** so I said that's weird is there no one above you in this whole company that I can talk to get a phone number for he said no I repeated the question to clarify and he said yes that is what I'm telling you there is no one else you can talk to I asked for his supervisor *****'s number and was told flat out no I ask for a website or email address he said to look it up he doesn't know. I thanked him and hung up and now I'm filling out this complaint against round table pizza on ************* in ********** ** by way of *********, ** due to this being the supervisors location and against their allstar employee ************************* for his lack of customer service and his in my eye theft of my money. Someone needs to be held accountable for my money and his actions.
