      In good faith a carbon fiber front splitter and carbon fiber side skirts were ordered on November 22, 2023 and received damaged on December 21, 2023. Tried several times to contact the merchant for return and refund for the damaged items.Calls were ignored and no e-mails with respect to the return were sent to us. No instructions were even provided in the materials. They responded to that part of our e-mail telling us to look inline! We asked for a return mailing label for the damaged and defective product but that was ignored, too..An expert installer stated that it was bad quality. Want to return defective product and obtain a full refund. We sent them pictures of their damaged/ defective items as well, but no response. Respectfully, The La Sala Family

      I talk to the owner, **** and his son ****** about side skirts and mudflaps for my car in mid January, on January 21, I placed an order for nearly $1000 and I gave them the make model year of the car and all the details. They told me it would take 28 days maybe a little longer, after six weeks, I sent them a message, telling them that I would like to follow up and see where the order was and they could not find me in the system but yet they had my money so they told me they would get back to me and when they did, they told me that the side skirts were made and that the mudflaps would be made the following week and then shipped out on the following Monday which would have been fine if that happened. Eight weeks , after I placed the order, I was told that the mudflaps had shipped out and that the side skirts were not made yet so finally after three months, I got the side skirts but the edge molding on them were wrong and there was no installation hardware, ****, the owner told me he would send out a hardware package but he did not as a week later I sent a message asking when it was shipped out and he told me that it was shipped out a week earlier, another two weeks later, and I get a message that they are going to send me a template Made of plastic so that I could measure for the mudflaps, that never happened, and I still have not received the hardware for the side skirts, so finally, I get the mudflaps, and the hardware for the side skirts came with the mudflaps, but the mudflaps were not for my car so I started sending them messages and they ignored me for weeks so I eventually paid $40 to ship the mudflaps back and I asked them for a refund but no response. The mudflaps were confirmed delivered on Wednesday, May 24 at 12:19 PM and sign for at the front desk . In the beginning they had a promotion for a free hood prop if you spent over $250 and **** talked me into the hood prop but he charged me $150 for it so I never got the hood prop either and he gave me a credit for $125 . Now I have asked him for the $150 for the hood prop and the $250 for the mudflaps but have not received it nor gotten any response from them. I used the side skirts on my car even though the molding was wrong And I got mudflaps from another company. Unfortunately, as I wanted it all to match as they hand make all their products with carbon fiber. Very disappointing. I did send a message telling them that instead of refunding me the cash that I would like the four piece under hood dress up kit out of aluminum But like everything else I get no response and here I am four months later with part of the order and I missed several car shows due to this, I know that parts irrelevant, but the stress and headache has been ongoing
