Purchased new 2023 Audi A6 Allroad in February 2033. Within 12 months a paint bubble formed on the front of the car. The bubble burst and an ever increasing area of paint is flaking away. Audi Valencia has refused to repair the defect.Initial Complaint

********$ I've been receiving service from this company AUDI VALENICA car services. In which my vehicle isn't operating the way I was promised it would after al the repairs they've done. I am a full time nurse and I use my car for travel to my work. It is unacceptable that audi has charged me a service for my vehicle and it is being seen in my daily driving and what I paid for at the time of service. They don't want to help me I've spoken to cooperate I've spoken the service manager MATT in which was rude and disregarded me- I honestly think I'm being discriminated as a gay male and I don't understand why they're choosing to not help me.Initial Complaint

I recently bought 2022 Etron piad $** more over sticker. Fine i agreed. Agreed on the driveoff, monthly payment, money factor/ interest etc all in writing. At finance I added 3 yr maintenance plan for $999 & Wheel & tire for $******* which changed the payment by little bit but the crooked finance lady ***** changed the interest rate also by little bit which ended up costing me $864 more for the 36 month lease . They also charged for paint protection door guard film which should be on the vehicle but its not. I figured out the next day I call the sales person 5 times few text messages, 3 calls to the sales manager & 3 calls to the finance. No response no messages no emails.
