      I was charged a diagnostic fee. When the repair was covered under the car warranty. Another Honda service determine it was covered, and did not charge me the diagnostic fee. Honda Valencia Service misdiagnosed my car problem, and I decided to not repair my car because they gave me an estimate of repair for $4,000. I ask for the diagnostic fee I paid them, $182.99 I asked the Service Manager, 6/4/24, ******* for a refund and he stated no. Because I took my car to another service center for repairs.

      I purchased a pre owned vehicle from Autonation Honda in Valencia a year ago. I have not received my license plate yet. I have spoken to multiple employees in person regarding this issue and over the phone. I still do not have answers and have not yet received my license plate. Also, when I have gone to get my car serviced at this location, I have had to come back multiple times for them to correct a mistake they made. I have gone in for simple oil changes and the oil leak was so bad that the smell of burning oil would fill the entire car. The smell lasted for two weeks and I was forced to come back in order for them to resolve the leak. I also came in to have a left mirror replaced and they replaced the wrong mirror. I had to come back to get the correct mirror fixed. It dont get a lot of time off work and I dont live near Valencia, I expect the job to get done right the first time. It has been a huge inconvenience for me to come back multiple times to get simple services like an oil change done correctly.

      After stating I did not want my credit checked, my credit was ran anyway. I stated that I first wanted to see what they were offering me to trade in only I did not want my credit to be run unless there was an offer on the table. I was never offered anything and my credit was checked anyway. There is now 3 inquiries in my credit report.

      4/24/23 - 4/27/23 Timing Belt Replacement package on a **** Honda Civic LX, 4Cyl.I had called AutoNation Honda Valencia at the end of Feb/23 and was quoted a price of $1,199+tax for a Timing Belt package (Timing belt+Water pump+Tensioner+ seals+gaskets). I called on 4/22/23 to make an Appt. and was told the price had increased to $1,399.00. I spoke to *************************, in the ************* and asked if they would honor the original price and he said yes.I brought my Civic in on 4/24/23 and told him that I wanted the Timing belt Package, Distributor O-ring replaced, Cruise Control fixed, a multi-point inspection & asked if they could clean the oil from around the head cover and distributor leak. I asked ****** if the timing belt package included everything previously quoted and he said yes.I told him to go ahead and to call me if there were any questions. I picked up my car on 4/27/23 and paid a total of $1327.40. The next day, I noticed that the Invoice's Part's List did not include the Tensioner. I called ****** & asked him if they had changed the tensioner, he said no. I asked why not and he said it cost $100, that it looked fine and wasn't leaking, so they didn't think it was necessary. I told him that it didn't make sense to change the Timing ************ pump but not the belt Tensioner. If the tensioner fails, it will cause the timing belt to fail and destroy the engine. ALL TIMING BELT PACKAGES REPLACE THE TENSIONER,SPRING,TIMING BELT AND WATER PUMP AT THE SAME TIME. He told me they only include the Tensioner on V-6's & not on 4cyl engines. ****** did not tell me this or give me a written estimate or I would not have paid $1200 for an incomplete timing belt package!! He then told me for another $500 he would install a new Tensioner!! THIS IS DISHONEST AND A COMPLETE FRAUD!!THEY NEED TO COMPLETE THE *** AS QUOTED! BE WARNED & TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!I should have gone to ******************************, they only charge $795.95 for a COMPLETE timing package.

      Bought a 2018 Honda on X-XX-XX . Contacted through internet on website -vehicle listed as ******* - salesman said I would get the advertised price and would payoff my vehicle in full. When signing papers they spelled my name wrong -rerun the paper work -we resigned. I did not notice the additional ****** to price of car nor that my ****** down was reduced by ******* to pay off balance of vehicle (I had a carmaxx bid for **** over payoff that was good for seven days but husband told salesman that if they paid it off he would let them have it and that was the only way we had a deal). So all this is my problem as we did not catch it and took them at their word. I kept telling them that I wanted to use my credit union Safe 1 in Bakersfield -the finance man ***** *****, claimed that he called them and he beat the interest rate with Capital One. He convinced us to get extended warranties and gap additional ********** I made contact with my credit union upon returning and they said to their knowledge there was no contact made and their interest rate was **** instead of the **** we got. Their gap is ******* and they would refinance us once we received the DMV registration card from DMV. Because the registration took So long I got 2.24-**** ******** finance Manager said he would cancel the maintenance and gap once I provided Cap. 1 acct. # with full refund. I got that around May 17 and he emailed me a form which I signed and returned. Then he contacted me and said he would have to have a payoff letter as we had refinanced the car through Safe 1. On June 9th I emailed him the payoff letter -no response -called to be sure it was processed - after several calls/emails he responded that it would take 6-8 weeks. At 6 weeks i emailed him for an update- no response-continued to call-getting him about 7 weeks -he indicated he doesn't cut the checks it could be longer- at 9 wks called -no response I called & spoke with ***** and she says 3-4 wks- I need ********* asap

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/26) */ There was an error on our end during the initial refund process. Has been corrected by Finance Director *************. ************ is working with both the guest and the bank to get ************ her refund. The refund is coming from the bank not the dealer.
