      On 6/30/23 I came to an agreement with Mercedes Benz of Valencia to purchase a car. I reside in another state & overnight wired the agreed upon price that day. After 10 days of MBofV telling me they didnt have my wire, they found it on 7/10/23. They also incorrectly told me I owed an additional $3300 of ******** taxes, of which I paid. After numerous phone calls & texts, continuous delays in response times (I would send 3 messages to multiple employees over 2-3 days before receiving a response) 10 days after they 'found' the money in their bank account, I finally had my car. But I still cannot drive it. I had asked for a temporary tag & the dealership said NO. Not only would they not provide a temp tag, which would have been super easy, they wouldnt send the title. The car was shipped half way across the country on a big rig, & made it here before anyone would respond & send the old title. I have asked repeatedly since before the car was shipped for both the Title and Bill of Sale, both necessary documents to get plates in my state. FOUR weeks to the day that I overnighted the funds, I finally receive a title. But no Bill of Sale because they told me I didnt need one, that all of the info was on the contract. I told them I did. They said I was wrong. So I went to the **** Guess what? My state REQUIRES a Bill of Sale or Form 108, which I told them repeatedly in messages and texts and emails. I STILL CANNOT GET PLATES BECAUSE OF THEIR REFUSAL TO SEND. Tomorrow I will be charged a penalty in my state because it will have been over 30 days since the date on the contract (which was 5 days after I sent payment). Three days ago I sent a filled out Form 108 to 5 employees at MBofV, all they have to do is fill in the dealer number, name and sign it. Three days ago, & nothing. This is indicative of the customer service I have received for the past 4+ weeks. I still cannot drive my car because I cannot get plates because the dealership will not send what I need.

      Took my vehicle to ************* Valencia, they were not able to do all the work to fix my vehicle because of some aftermarket parts. The work done was still $21463.91. When I went to pick up my *** my drivers side step was bent and they didn't put my skid plate back on but told me it was good to to. Had to call someone over and show them which they fixed but I had to wait another 3 hours, my *** had already been at the shop for over a month and the night before on the phone they told me it was good to go and wanted me to drive there and pay for it then. In the description of work completed says what they did not do and what they didn't put on. After looking everything over and seeing that they didn't put parts on I returned to the store to get a refund. They refunded me for the part but not the work, said they took my broken part off and put it back on so I'm charged full labor. I tried to talk to the manager and they said I should have taken to another shop and that they knew they couldn't do the work on those parts because they were aftermarket. I had to call again because I realized there were more parts that they charged me for that were not on my *** that they kept which they issued me a refund for I also asked for my alignment paperwork to see what the numbers were and they said they didn't have one but if they put it on the rack I am charged full alignment labor and fee. I took it to another shop and was informed that my hardware was missing and/or not installed , (my bumper wasn't bolted back to the frame, the wrong size bolts were all over, my skid plate and underside of engine were coated in fluid, and my cv boots on the other side of my *** were torn because they incorrectly routed my wire harness, and hardware was missing). So now I now had to order new parts from what they lost, new parts for what they broke, and pay for labor again to fix what they couldn't.       BUYER BEWARE. I am still in disbelief with what occurred this past weekend beginning on December 10, 2021. My G Wagon was having issues with oil leakage yet after two previous inspections, Mercedes Valencia Service did not find any issues. On Friday, December 10, 2021 I met with Service Manager ***** ********** ***** told me that they would inspect. On the afternoon of 12/10 I received a call from ***** asking if they can take the car to bakersfield overnight and put 250 miles on the auto to figure out what was going on. I found that to be very odd and risky but approved. On Monday, I had my assistant contact ***** to get status and he informed him that the auto was leaving to Bakersfield and hasn't been inspected yet. This is now day 4. There was a large rain system due to arrive the next day and I did not authorize my auto to possibly get stuck on the grapevine with expected snow flurries. I contacted ***** and was told there was nothing he could do. I asked him to get the car back and he told me he couldn't. It wasn't until I threatened with a call to the Sheriff that he got very upset and hung up on me. I proceeded to the location and upon arrival ***** told me that there is customer service but I am exempt from it and that I am a "nasty man". His Manager, **** **** (who never returned my call) stated that he would have the person driving my car return it and take it to my office. NO APOLOGY, NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM and PURELY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER. The car came back into my possession at approximately 7 pm and had over 150 miles on the auto. Was it being used personally, joy ride?? I still have no idea what occurred. I still have the issue so I contacted a neighboring mercedes service center and need the issue to be corrected. I also need to be reimbursed for the miles and time spent for this odd instance.
