I ordered a ******************* boxing kit for my son for Christmas 12/25/23. When my son opened the kit we eventually realized it was defective so i called them for a replacement. It took two weeks for someone to get back to advice me how to go about a replacement. Mind you the kit cost $80. I was told i would have to pay shipping to return in order to get a replacement. Fast forward now to January 15 ********************** a rma # so i can reshipped the item. Went to reshipped the item and was told it would cost $108. So i called back the company that i refused to pay $108 to return an item i paid $80 for thatcame manufactured defective and they need to find another solution to help me replaced the item or refund me back my money. After speaking with their customer agent I was told their policy does not allowed that and that they will do nothing for me. How can this company be in business why should i have to pay for something that was not damaged by me. I want a refund or replaced my item and they pay for shipping. Because the shipping i already paid for when i ordered the item was only $15. This is very disgusting of this company and they expect to get away with it and i refuse for that to happen because they are beyond unfair.Business response

As we, customer service, explained to the customer per our policy, ********************************************************* we are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an item back to us. Placed order #HB38192 on Dec. 9, 2023 for Nano Hercules Unbreakable RC Helicopter, with package protection. Arrived bent and would not turn on, even after charging overnight. Have tried to contact the company multiple times, both by phone and email, without any response. I left a review on the website but, suspiciously, I have not been able to ******* yet. Seems like a scam and false advertising.Business response

Hello!
We can not issue a refund as this item was already opened and used. Per our policy, any items opened and/or used and have a defect can be replaced or exchanged with a different item of the same or lesser value. Refunds are only for those items that haven't been opened.
We have already sent out a replacement to this customer on December 29, 2023.

I placed an order for a flying sonic toy. I received an email on 11/24/23 stating that my order has shipped. My credit card was charged that same day. As of today, 12/7/23, the tracking info shows my order has not been picked up by the carrier. I have sent a request through their website and sent two emails once the last week and a half and have had no response. This was to be a Christmas gift for my grandson so I need the order or a refund ASAP.Business response

My child received the Star Wars Mandalorian ********* 2ch Mini IR RC Helicopter as a gift this summer.The controller is missing a couple parts where the batteries go (see picture).I have tried contacting customer service via the website and never got a response. I then started calling the 877 number on the box. It always says that customer service is "not available". I've left a message with my phone number, but I never receive a call back.I would like replacement parts to make this toy usable.Business response

I ordered the *** unbreakable IR helicopter. I was going to send a review but I just read the first one and it's exactly my situation so I won't bother with to many details. It broke five minutes after my grandson was playing with it. they will not pay with the return shipping cost the shipping is almost as much as the purchase price. so this company is fraudulently advertising unbreakable helicopters. They know it's not worth the price to send it back. do not buy from this company. If they want to do right they can read this and send me my money back, I do not want a replacement of their fraudulently advertised breakable products my RMA number is 0103 HB23641 Thanks, ********************Business response

Bought a RC helicopter for grandson for Christmas, followed instructions on use. After turning on lights worked but no response from helio, instructions said change channel on remote, could not find information in instructions to change channel.researched all over the Internet no luck. Sent email to them, got response must be defective fill out information and must have copy of receipt or can not continue. All I asked was for them to explain what their own instruction sheet said to do.Business response

This company is a fraud. I purchased the *** ******** "Unbreakable IR" Helicopter for my grandson for Christmas. The battery was charged and the *** ******** "Unbreakable IR" Helicopter flew into the air landing and the floor and broke. Mind you on their advertising they're is a kid standing on the Rex Hercules "Unbreakable IR" Helicopter as proof that it was unbreakable. I emailed the company on the same day and didn't get a response until I contacted the ***. The do not answer phones. They had the nerve to finally send me a return shipping address, which I have to pay for and stated " We apologize, but as stated above in the RMA form "Items that have been opened and used are not eligible for a refund." We will need you to send back the items for fixing and once we receive the items we can place a replacement order for you. Best, Customer Service" Because it was opened? Duh who doesn't open their packages. I am out 81.00$ plus a surprise gift that is **** also.Business response

I had issues with my Mandalorian Baby Yoda drone right out of the box. Like so many others, I tried contacting support with no response. I tried emailing two different emails provided: one bounced back and the other got no response. I called the number several times and left a voicemail with no response. This has been about a month at this point. I'm surprised they even advertise customer service when it doesn't even exist.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:They are not taking responsibility and providing a replacement part. The item was redeemed from our local bowling alley and was redeemed with points that my son saved for two ******* from their game room. It was a NEW item in their redemption shop. Are they going to replace the part or not?

We have not sold or manufactured this product for many years and unfortunately, we do not have replacement parts to send. Please return to place of purchase as this could not have been a new item they are selling. I do apologize for any inconvenience.
