      I ordered two luggage racks on January 12,2023 from Home Sweet Joy (confirmation #PFEF8JEDD) for $166.02, charged to my Mastercard and subsequently paid by me. I did not receive the luggage racks and sent several emails following up between 2/14/23 and 3/14/23, speaking with customer service persons ******************* and *********************. Finally, on 3/14/23, I requested cancellation of the order and I refund, which I was promised in 3-5 days by ******************* of the company's customer service unit. On 4/5/23, I tried calling ************ and left a message with no response. I would like a full refund of $166.02 for the luggage racks I've never received.Regards,*********************** ************

      I placed a order from Home sweet joy on the 9th of March 2023.I never received an email confirmation. I did actually get to take with someone at first they said my order had been sent to fed ex but they couldn't get fed ex to give them a tracking number so this went on for a week. Then a guy by the Name **** talked with via email and I decided to gwt a refund for my purchase this was on the 16th of March. He said he was going to submit the request and get back with me I didn't hear anything from anyone until the 22nd of March and he said in his email he didn't know what was going on as he told me he was going to call the bank and have them transfer my refund ASAP. RO RHIS DAY I haven't seen any money. Also I sent multiple emails and called and left multiple voice messages and nobody will answer me qith an email response or a call back. I'm out of options. I need the money back as it a large amount for me tje total refund I've been waiting on is $ ********.

      I ***** A LAKE MASTER CHIP CARD ON 1/28/23 FROM MY SWEET JOY NEVER CAME SO I CALL A NUMBER OF TIMES THEY KEPT PUTTING OFF SAYING THEY WERE SENDING A REFUND IPAID 159 DOLLARS FOR IT THE ***** NUMBERIS ***** TRYED TO CONCTACT THEM TODAY BUT NO LUCK
