I ordered two 12-packs of Juiceey's Lipo in a Bottle Detox Tea. On Thursday, 06/20/24 I received 2 boxes. Each box only had 11 bottles, not 12. One bottle is used every 2 days, so a total of 4 days of product was missing from my order. I immediately emailed *******'s to tell them about the incomplete orders and to request the other 2 bottles. I received no response. I have since sent three additional emails, all without any response. On Sunday, I commented on the company's Instagram and received a request via messenger to send pictures of the bottom of each box so they could find out who had packed it. I sent the photos but have heard nothing else, not even when I messaged back asking for an update. I really would like my last two bottles sent to me. Barring that, I would like a refund of the cost of 2 bottles from two 12-packs. The company is completely ignoring me, and it is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

On 11/21/23, I purchased the 16-pack product for $116.25 after receiving a promotional ad. I have contacted the company via email and Instagram direct messaging to request an ETA for shipment. The order #**** has been in a pre shipment status for since December. I no longer want the product. I am requesting a refund of $116.25
