This company unjustly and unwarrantedly closed my account for no reason at all after claiming a $10.00 dollar reward after they claim was flagged by a security check that is conducted for new users in order to prevent "fraud" they claim they say mind you I have been doing survey work for the company since August 14,2023 so how am I a new member when I worked hard for this company for nearly 5 months they closed my account permanently on January 12,2024 for they claim for "use of false information on, and not limited to, surveys and offerwall. They asked me to provide them a clear picture of my government issue ID or Drivers License to verify my name and address which I promptly provided them immediately that day I was awarded my $10.00 reward through Paypal and everything was great until the very next day when my account was closed permanently now if I was in violation of any rules and regulations why would reactivate my account and provide me my $10.00 reward if I violated any policy it makes no sense at all. Where did I violate rules or use false information provide me proof details something , anything show me where I went wrong I've been a member a survey work taker for nearly 5 months if I was in violation of any rules or regulations why would I have active account with you for 5 months ?? I have been nothing other than hardworking and dedicated to any and all survey work I did for this company even when I would unjustly disqualified from a 25 minute survey for no real reason at all I never wined never complained only asked for what was rightfully mines. It's disgraceful what this company is doing to good hardworking dedicated people and if you don't believe me go to Trustpilot.com or Sitejabber.com and see the hundreds of people saying and confirming the exact same thing my complaint is saying see for yourself it's disgusting and egregious and it needs to be stopped and I'm going to fight for it.Sincerely Yours,*************************Initial Complaint

My prizerebel account email is ******************************************,my account is not new I two weeks ago completed three offers that they put went pending for 32 days that I had to pay money to get done ,my account is gold status today i receive message that my account is closed for id Verification for new user ,my account as said before is not new and is 5 years old ,i signed up 2019 when those times there was no government id Verification on prizerebel and put nickname **** on account now they asking in 2024 for legal name because I have three offers pending raid shadows ,match master and shopping offer, if they want the legal name I can also give them government id but my account is not new and is gold and shouldn't have pend for 32 days ,also when I redeem reward as a gold member I get 24 hr wait time saying I'm a new user, require ******************** support for account ,heres picture of when i signed up for account from ************************************** today about account close for new user id verificationInitial Complaint

I was a surveytaker at Prizerebel off and on for a couple of years. I quit because they were unfair in crediting me, I mentioned this at trustpilot. Then this year, I decided to give them another try. First it went well, but then they quickly started to act shady again in regards to crediting. I was tired of this and wanted to quit being a member, I was happy with another survey provider. I informed them about my decision, I wanted them to delete my account. They never did! They still ******* me by emailing me and mailing codes to the house. I wonder what they have to gain with all of this? It is bad business, period.Initial Complaint

I completed a 'Innovate' survey through PrizeRebel for 818 points ($8.18) on 25/08/2021. Upon completion of this survey, a pop up said it would take up to 24 hours for it to be credited to my account. It is now 27/08/2021 and I have not received the 818 points and the 'support' staff of PrizeRebel continue to ignore my emails for assistance. I am really fed up that PrizeRebel continues to host surveys that do not credit participants but they happily take their cut of the money.
