On December 8 2021, my credit card was fraudulently used to make a purchase from ***** ** in the amount of $96.48. I immediately notified my bank within 2 minutes of the charge, but apparently that was not fast enough to stop the order. 2 days later I received a shipment. My bank decided that since I received a shipment, that the charge was not fraud. I attempted to contact ***** ** using multiple methods, all of which failed. Emails were rejected as a non-existing email address. Messages sent via the online form at nutrayu.com were not replied to. There is no phone number listed for the company, and the address is only a warehouse. The shipment also did not include an invoice or receipt, or return instructions, and because I did not place the order I have no order number. I will happily send the package back if I can get a return authorization. The business has not tried to resolve the problem because communication with them is impossible.Initial Complaint

On 12/8/21 I received a credit card alert from *************** for a pending transaction from Nutra Yu in the amount of $83.97. I contacted *************** the same day and informed them this was a fraudulent charge. *** initiated a fraud claim and removed the charge. On 2/10/22 I received an email from *** stating the charge was valid and the dispute was closed. My credit card was charged $83.97. I have never heard of Nutra Yu and I have never purchased anything from them. They do not have a contact phone number and I do not wish to correspond with them via email due to privacy concerns with a potential scam or scammers. I have disputed the charge again with *** on 2/10/22 however I have concerns about their initial investigation. I never received any type of confirmation email or purchase receipt from Nutra Yu for this supposed transaction. **************.
