February 24, 2022 $461.00 ************************ *********************************************** I brought my **** **** mustang to this shop to buy 4 brand new tires for my vehicle. The problem is that a center cap has come off of one of my custom made American racing rims and there are screws missing from the other 3 rims that attach the center cap to the rim. All parts were on my vehicle when I brought the shop in and now some parts are missing. I brought my vehicle back to the shop to inform them of the problem and to seek resolution to the problem. I was informed that it was their fault for not s******* the screws in tightly. They informed me that they were all stripped. This is not true. They told me they would order a new center cap and extra screws to replace the other missing screws and that they would call me to let me know when to bring my vehicle in to replace missing parts. I never received a call back so I called and now was told they would not be fixing the problem. I feel very intimidated because I am a woman with very little knowledge about this topic. I never took an auto class while in school. This has made me upset and depressed about the situation. I feel helpless. The course of action that I am requesting is to be refunded $461.00 because now my vehicle is missing parts and I feel I got really screwed over in this situation. I didn't want to take it as just a ****** learned moment. I want justice and I don't want this to happen to another single parent of 2 daughters ever again. Please help me come to a resolution of this bitter matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
