They fail to complete the instructions from said company that said they were paying the tab for a engine light malfuction and gave me my car after 8 hours and said to me it is ready and when I get there the engine light was on and they were aware and then told me it's ok to drive to pinole from vallejo with engine light on which is ridiculousBusiness response

We understand your point of view and understand how this can be frustrating if misunderstood, however; this vehicle was sent to us from Oil Changers because of a mistake this customer believed they caused while performing motor oil service, therefore we were tasked with repairing said mistake. We did just so and Oil Changers paid for said repairs. This vehicle with this engine size (Dodge Charger 2.7) is well known for its engine problems and although we replaced what was needed from the Oil Changers mishap we were not going to fix any other components not involving that job. Due to this engines infamous problems there was a pre-existing problem that arose and knowing what kind of snowball effect for performing further engine work would turn into we chose not to work any further on this customers vehicle and she was informed on our reasoning as well. We completed the job we were tasked to do, I'm sorry that it wasn't to your satisfaction that we did not want to continue with other repairs. Your vehicle was ok to drive at the time you left which why we informed you so. Thank you for your time and best of luck on your vehicle repairs.
