Took my car in to be repaired after inspection which was done three possibly four months ago. Now between this wait I experience the !! Disappearing act, I didnt get your call, still waiting for the part , someone sent that part back all these stories.Now when I took my car to Team I was only aware of one issue that need to be worked on. Receive a call from Team member stating that there was a hole in the radiator. Two weeks before I took the car to TEAM I was having it inspected by another mechanic to make sure I have no other problems and that it was ok to still be driving my Cadillac? Outcome of inspection was no other issues. You need new tires ! I knew already Ill be getting some new tires soon. Also the windshield washer fluid container was broke which I had mentioned that three months ago I asked if they could replace it then. I asked about the brakes and tires then they said theyre OK. NOW !! WE found a HOLE in the radiator. IT WAS NOT THERE before I bought it in I talked to another mechanic about the situation and they said that I inspected your car and that the job is a difficult job and possibly couldve happened when the technician was doing what he was doing. Plus that radiator was supposed to had been replaced by CARMAX because he inspected the ON THE SEVEN DAY RULE to make sure I had no problems WITH CAR all the problems he found they FIXED. PROBLEM HERE:NOW THEY WHAT TO FIX THE FIRST ISSUE ! ( MIND YOU ) THE RADIATOR IS ON BACK ORDER AND TEAM LADY WANTS ME TO USE AFTERMARKET RADIATOR. I SAID NO THANK YOU! PLUS I FEEL THAT THEY DAMAGED MY RADIATOR. NOW IF THE FIRST ISSUE IS FIX I HAVE TO RETURN THE RENTAL ( ITS ONLY A SEVEN DAY DEAL ). THEN THAT PUT MY OLD PARTS BACK ON AND FILL MY RADIATOR WITH ENOUGH FLUID TO MAKE IT HOME. I SAID TO HER HOW DO I GET TO WORK I ONLY HAVE ONE CAR? She said rent another car or I offered you an aftermarket part and I said NO THANK YOUInitial Complaint
