      on 3/29/2024 i ordered walking shoes from skechers **** my order # is skec-us702810068 i requested to return product because of issues with feet sliding in those particular shoes during my every day 2 mile walk i am retired i walk a lot and play golf just about every day. I want to emphasize i purchased maybe 10 pairs of shoes from them so i do not complain for nothing. I was given a return label so i mailed them back at *** store on 4/17/2024. The tracking # is 1z171y1f9091924537. It was delivered back to them on 4/22/2024. My whole point is i have not received any digital correspondence to this day . I deserved an acknowledgement and response to my issue.

      On August 1, 2022 I purchased 2 pairs of shoes online from Skechers. My credit card was charged for the full amount of both pairs of shoes immediately ($242.95 CAD). On August 16, 2022 I received an e-mail from the company indicating they had cancelled one of the pairs of shoes. The e-mail indicated they would not charge my credit card until the order shipped. This was false as I had already been charged for both pair. I checked their online store and the pair of shoes they had cancelled were still available in the colour and size I had requested. I e-mailed their customer service department to inquire as to why they had cancelled the order and they did not reply. I requested that they ship the shoes as they were available. On August 27, 2022 I still hadn't received a reply or a refund for the cancelled order. At this time, they currently have $101.70 in funds from myself for which they have not provided any product and are not responding to my queries. In reviewing comments on their ******** page, it would appear that this is an ongoing issue with several people. Can you please advise what action can be taken to get my money back? Thank you.

      I returned a pair of boots and the item was received by Skechers on 28/24/2022. To date I have not received a refund. I have sent several emails over the last few days and have never received any responses. Just today I sent a message through ******** and have not received a response. I have attached proof of delivery to Skechers from me.
