I completed this transaction with ******* from 5 Star Energy Pro. As of January 1st 2023, my Inverter is no longer reading. I have been in communications with 5 Star Energy Pro, from both **** and ******* since January 9th 2023. I have ALL text communication as I initially reached out letting them know my solar edge app is not reading. On 1/10/23, **** replied saying he will have someone come out to my home and check it. He said someone will be out on 1/18/23, but No one came, after that he said we need a new antenna and he will order it. On 1/28/23, **** text "it should be in this week". I continue follow up with a text asking for updates on 2/1, 2/2, 2/3 and 2/6 finally **** replied, still waiting for Solaredge for the antenna, will update me once received. 2/10 I text sharing concerns, **** replied he will call Solaredge tomorrow. Of course no reply... I continued my text asking for updates on 2/14, 2/17, 2/20, 2/23 then got replied on 2/24 apologizing will call and update by 5pm. Replied saying Solaredge confirm will ship on 2/28. 3/7 I text for update, he replied 3/8 saying he will check warehouse then schedule. Again I text 3/13 3/16 3/17 3/18 3/19, On 3/20 I called ******* from another number and he picked up for the first time apologizing and assuring me **** will follow-up. **** replied on 3/21 he will check and get back to me. 3/27 I start group texting both **** and *******, after lots of back and forth, **** said working on installer on 4/15! Of course NO ONE came.. BUT **** did call and said apparently I need a NEW Inverter! He said they will work with Solaredge and order it and he will include me in the email communication. 4/17 he said he couldn't add CC but will forward emails to me as comes. OKAY. 5/1, 5/2 I do my follow-up **** replied waiting from Solar he will call. 5/4 **** ask me for a photo of the sticker on the right side Inverter, I sent it. And ZERO communication as of today 6/6. I was told this will be fix and I need help!Initial Complaint

On June 19, 2021 I met a Sunrun Solar sales representative who was canvassing a neighborhood I was visiting. We setup an appointment for her (******) to visit my home on June 26, 2021 to discuss solar options for my home. ****** arrived at my home with *********************** another Sunrun Solar representative who was also in partnership with ********************* owner of 5 Star Energy Pros from what I was told was a subsidiary of Sunrun Solar. After Joffre and ****** went over all of the solar options I decided to purchase a solar system. I purchased the solar system for $26,000 and was assured that the solar company would take care of all necessary paperwork and permits through the **************** and Contra Costa County. I don't remember the specific date but my solar panels were installed in August 2021. The technicians that installed my solar panels could not install the panels according to the original plan due to the configuration of my roof from what the main technician explained to me. After the installation of the solar panels I called *********************** that following Monday to let him know that the panels were not installed according to plans. He informed me not to worry and that he would submit new documents with the new solar panel configuration. Fast forward to present my Solar System is still not activated after six months. I have made several attempts to contact ********************* at 5 Star Energy Pros and *********************** and no one is returning my call. I also contacted Sunrun Solar and was told they do not have any transaction of solar being installed at my residence.
