I purchased a flag on 3-14-23. This purchase was supposed to include 2 of the same flags. I have followed up via email and phone and there has been only one email responding to me on 3-23-23 from ******. On Friday, 9-22-23 I get an email telling me the order has shipped. I have not received it nor have I received any information on where the flags were shipped to. This company is completely unresponsive. They are horrible to do business with. I purchased a custom flag for over $3400 on 12/25/2022. Was told it would arrive in 1-2 months. After MULTIPLE texts and calls it arrived 6 months later. There was ZERO padding/packing materials inside the box. the 50 *** wooden flag arrived destroyed and in pieces. I took photos and asked for a replacement. Was told a return label would be sent along with a replacement. No label arrived and many attempts at contacting the seller have gone completely unanswered. I have asked for a return label and a refund now, with no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered a flag from Youramericanflagstore.com on 6/14/21 I was told it would ***********-8 weeks. I have contacted them numerous times and received 1 response from ****** telling me she would look into it, It has been almost 8 Month's since I placed my order. I have sent an email asking for a refund and have not received a response.
