6 August 2023 occurred approximately 1:20 to 1:40 p.m.The windshield on my 2008 ***** uplander was cracked by the wash mechanism I spoke to the attendant - he gave me a letter to file a claim e-mail *********************** to which, over time I sent 3 e-mails - one had photos of the windshield The attendant said that the manager could look at the security camera to verify that damage occurred in the wash.There was a phone number ************* to which I made about 5 calls which were not returned.later I was given two another number number ************ - call not returned quotes for replacement range from ****** to ******Initial Complaint

I went through the carwash and it took a piece of my car off. The piece was the edging against the passenger window. I showed 3 employees who all agreed the carwash would be liable but told me there is no one onsite that can access the security cameras or insurance information. They have sent me multiple different phone numbers and emails and I have not heard back from any. The only time I heard back from their main phone number is after I told them I would be filing against them at the *** and they gave me another phone number to call.Initial Complaint

During my visit on 5/19th 2023, I entrusted my 2016 Lexus RX 350 to Noho car wash facility, expecting a thorough and safe cleaning process. However, upon inspection following the wash, I was dismayed to discover a visible dent and scratch on the hood of my vehicle. It is evident that this damage was a direct result of the wash machine used during the cleaning process.Since this incident, I have made multiple attempts to contact this business via email, in-person visits, and voicemail messages, all in an effort to resolve this matter amicably. However, I have been met with complete silence and a lack of any response from this establishment. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing, especially considering the urgency and importance of addressing the damage caused to my vehicle.Initial Complaint

Noho carwash does not take responsibilty for damages caused to vehicles by their old, unmaintained equipment. My car was badly damaged during my carwash last Sunday. During the wash, my car went off track and caused it to hit something inside the wash tunnel. I am afraid I am going thru the same thing as others have complained on Yelp. I am only given a paper by an employee to call a claims department that does nothing but give you the run around. All others here have said the same as I am experiencing. I have called 3x to their claims **** and one time to *******. I was told that they have to review the video and I will get a call back. No call back yet and its has been over a week. Others in same situation have either had to go thru their own insurance or had to go to small claims court and win but they don't pay. Noho carwash should not be in business if they don't have adequate insurance to take care of damages caused at their carwash. My $16 carwash caused $6500 damage on front right bumper and paint chips on the hood of my Lexus Nx.Customer response
