I bought Abali yogurt from Jons market place in North ********* ********** on ******** *** **** for ***** This item had the expiration date of ******** *** **** I opened the carton on ******** ** ***** It had Fungi all over way before the expiration date of ******** *** ***** On ******** **** I took the carton to Jons Market to get the refund. I showed my receipt to the manager. Manager by the name **** ** refused to give the refund. Not only that he humiliated me in front of customers and the staff and threatened me to call the police if I do not immediately leave the store. I insisted that he should call the police but knowing he was wrong, did not call the police. Ever since I get nightmares at night because of his insults and threats. I am An American citizen and have resided for 49 years in Studio City Ca. I also know that under the law threatening someone for no fault is a punishable crime. Pl do the needful to get my refund back as well as my 2 trips cost. And submit me the written apology by ****** and the management I went on social blog and got tons of e mail backing me about their stale and molded products and their over charging the prices as well as filth and the bad smell and bad products in their store.
