We stayed at Hotel Mariposa from 6/13/2022 thru 6/18/2022. We had numerous issues happen thru out our stay. Housekeeping was awful, the rooms and hallway smelled of marijuana, etc. After speaking to management **** and female General Manager, we were told 2 days of our stay would be refunded. When I signed out, I received a detailed receipt. On this receipt, it clearly shows the dates 6/14/2022 and 6/18/2022 being credited each for $197.51. To this date we have only received a credit for 6/18/2022. I've called 4 separate times to speak to a Manager, but always had to leave a message. No one has ever returned our call or credited us for 6/14/2022. I have attached a copy of the receipt given by the front desk.
