I purchased a switch two kit to convert my bike into an electric bike. On the page where you select which kit you want it says clearly "all Models will fit any bike size and shape". So I picked the kit I wanted and you have to select what size wheel you want and I ordered it. It arrived and didn't fit. I contacted them asking what the problem was as their website says it fits any bike. They said actually it only fits 99.9% of bikes and this is stated under the faqs page. They then proceeded to say it was my fault I didn't read all the details (in the description it says for questions regarding installation and fitment, read the faqs page"... well I didn't hVe questions regarding the fitment as they already stated it fits all bikes! I am trying to return it and there is a large restocking fee of $65 and I hve to pay for return freight which is going to be a lot due to it's weight. This is blatant false advertising. And to make it worse I now have to pay a lot to return it based on their false advertising.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/07/01) */ This review was not fair to begin with. Especially after explaining to the customer MULTIPLE TIMES and telling them to reference the fitment page and the FAQ (Frequently asked questions) page before purchasing. It clearly states in the description of the product she purchased. Attached are the screenshots of the description stating to reference the page for correct fitment. Also, attached is the back and forth messages about fitment itself. The customer completely ignored everything we sent her and purchased blindly. And THEN was surprised that it doesn't fit!! If Nickel would have taken 1 minute to actually read then she wouldn't have had this issue! and then after that she told us that she has a friend who can make it fit! We said great thinking that it all worked out in the end. Only to find out about this ridiculous review for everyone to see and think bad of us! She claims we have false advertising? really? So she didn't read if the fitment page and she complains that it doesn't fit, that does not make it false advertising.
