I contacted the claims department on the 11th of July to file a claim with my extended warranty, no answer. I preceded to e-mail them on the 12th. They responded stating that they will send an adjuster to the shop within 1-2 days (*********************). The adjuster came on the 14th and stated that they will only pay $728.00. I had no choice, so I agreed to pay to pay the remaining balance. The adjuster told the manager that they will get back with them the 17th or 18th. They did not contact the shop nor me. We've called and e-mailed for a couple of days and still no response, I am requesting a refund of $728.00 that was promised. I had to pay the entire balance of ******* because I needed my car, and the shop gave me a discount for my troubles. This is my first time filing a claim with them and I've been a customer for years with previous cars and a year with my present vehicle. This isn't professional at all. I have called to speak about my prorated refund amount for pending cancellation for failure to provide adequate expedient service. I have been told I would receive a call back 3 times from claims to no avail, then told to call back in 2-3 days to get the answer to the questions I have. Upon calling back I was told no one there could help me and when I asked for a contact number to someone who could I was hung up on.Initial Complaint

Dealer services calls me multiple times a day about a vehicle I no longer own. I have asked multiple times to be removed from their call list and the calls continue. The company uses spoofed phone numbers to circumvent call screening. If the calls continue I will be forced to take legal action against the company.Business response

I am tired of receiving robo calls from multiple phone numbers from this company. I have blocked every single one. The one I got today was where this guy called me and told me that if I didn't sign up, I was going to be in trouble for insurance fraud. My number is on the national DO NOT call list, yet this is being violated!Business response

I have received NUMEROUS calls a day from this company. I have asked to speak to a supervisor MULTIPLE times and every time I get hung up on. I have asked EVERY SINGLE ONE of the people who have called me to put me on the company DO NOT CALL list and no one has complied. CEASE all calls to my number. I AM NOT INTERESTED. I have all the call records. If this harassment continues, I will have to take legal action.Business response

US Dealer Services calls and texts me multiple times daily without my permission despite me being on the do not call list. Without my permission and indeed while I block every attempt they call again and again each time on a new spoofed number. I plan to sue them and am seeking an attorney because the value of this suit is reaching into the millions based on $**** per call. These people spoof call the entire country and should be Locke duo for it.Business response
