On November 9, 2024 I ordered a XIK Glass replacement for a 2019 Corvette from Ivan Tampi Customs, ***********************************************************************************. The purchase amount for the item was $3,188.00 paid for on my *********** credit card. As of this date, neither I, nor anyone authorized by me, have received any items from Ivan Tampi Customs. When I attempted to reach out to the Ivan Tampi Customs by telephone, no one answered the phone or returned my voicemail.At the time I ordered the item, Ivan Tampi Customs informed me that it would be 8-10 weeks to manufacture the component and ship it to me. As of this date, it has been over 19 weeks since I placed the order, and unfortunately, at this late date, the project for which this piece was intended has been cancelled. Hence, I can no longer make use of the subject product.**** Tampi erroneously claims to my ******************** ***********, that I never attempted to reach out to them regarding the delivery status of the product. This is patently false and untruthful. I called Ivan Tampi Customs and left messages, no one returned my calls. I was told by Ivan Tampi Customs that I would receive the item in 8-10 weeks, when this time period lapsed, **** Tampi should have reached out to me with notification of a production delay. I never received any communication from the vendor in any way, shape or form regarding the status of my order. Ivan Tampi Customs states they do not accept returns/refunds on custom part orders. That is completely irrelevant in this case because neither I, nor anyone authorized by me, has taken delivery of the subject product. There is no item to return because I never received the subject merchandise! The vendor has no grounds at this point to hold me liable for the purchase of a component that I should have received months ago. For Ivan Tampi Customs to maintain, after such an extended delay in not receiving the merchandise, that I should be financially responsible for the product is unethical and just plain bad business.
