May 2024 We ordered a speed carburetor for a bike. The company mailed us the wrong part from what we ordered. We have called and emailed multiple times over the past 2 months to get it exchanged for the right part or our money back. They have never responded or called back.Initial Complaint

This bike was a mediocre investment of $********(Order Number: #****, #****, #****, and *****). Even given its advertised use it appears that they don't strive to actually deliver on a working product. Instead, they send me a bike that's been practically already used, just disassembled to give me the inconvenience of assembly. My front fork came to me in an unusable condition, its engine clutch came with its cover already bent inward from clear overuse, and the engine's internal piston was sent in a damaged state0. Upon contacting whatever form of unintuitive customer service network they've created to clearly distance themselves from a customer, the blame of the bike's lackluster performance was shifted to me in an effort to not only evade the truth of a faulty product, but to sell the replacement parts knowing that the bike arrived in this unusable state.Initial Complaint

Purchased the bike March 30th. Received the bike April 5TH. Purchase price was ******** The business attempted to tell my son the part is broken due to misuse and then sell him another part. This is when I got involved, then the next rep said nothing is wrong with the part, they are all built that way, there's supposed to be a sticker to cover that part so customers do not see it and then when I asked for proof of this he hung up on me. They have not promised anything and they are not serving the warranty by not responding to emails (their preferred method of contact) or phone calls ( in which you can only leave a call back number) and to date we have more than 12 emails and phone calls (both) (I advise my son, every time you call, you document this with an email stating the date and time of the call) in the past 3 weeks looking for a resolution. I absolutely do not want a product I cannot get service for and I definitely want my money back. I absolutely want other people warned about the irreputable fashion this company does business. I am attempting to assist in a resolution for my 15 year old son named ********** as outlined in the email snapshots by coaching him to call and email. This was a bike he purchased with his own money from a part time job this past summer so he could provide his own transportation to and from work (23 miles one way from our house to the grocery store) in order to earn enough money to buy himself a truck and fix it up for his 16th. Birthday. Our next step is to utilize ******* in an honest fashion documenting the experience as well as filing a lawsuit in small claims court in **. Document screenshots provided.Initial Complaint

I purchased his ************** at the beginning of the year it came with no instructions on how to put it together no DVD they told me to go to ******* and the bike that they have on ******* is not the same bike it's an older bike so it doesn't give the right examples so it took me till May to get it to find someone to put it together for me since I'm not educated on how to put it together and I wanted to be safe and after they put it together it leaks gas the gas is in the frame the gas tank is in the frame of the bike and it's dangerous to ride it could start a fire and I haven't been able to ride it at all it's pouring out gas and they won't get back with me and take care of the problem and I'm afraid to ride it it's dangerous it could start a fire and I'm really disappointed with the company that they can't reach out and help me out here after paying over $***** for the bike and I'm not able to ride it anywhere I meant to put it together I had to pay over $*** because they come with no instructionsInitial Complaint

Purchased a new phatmoto on 3/10/22 received it on 3/12/22. MY ORDER#**** within the first 30days had a rear brake rotor that broke in 2 spots. When contacting the seller I was informed that I only had 7 days to discover this issue to get it covered even though they have a 90 day warranty. For $**** this is not how you treat customers. Considering it is a motorized bicycle brakes are a very important safety factor.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase a couple months ago with their ad for the 2022 models "Buy Now for Nov. 1 Shipment". I emailed them twice this month, which is their preferred method of contact, asking when I might expect shipment. Neither reply answered my question. Today I called twice, waited on their hold for 10 minutes for a representative and they hung-up on me both times without speaking. I don't intend to take much of their time. I also understand that they may be behind in manufacturing and that's okay. I just want to make sure my $***** order is being handled. My order is #****.
