      Bought a gas bike from them and when they shipped it they wanted a signature (this wasn't stated when i placed the order). Because I was out of town, on a trip that was planned before I made the order, I had a family member sign the release form that was left by *** on August 26. For some reason,on the second attempt, *** didn't leave the package. I tried to contact ******** via their listed phone number but every time at the ********************************** I then tried 6 more times using their email (they have 2 emails i used both) and even their pop up message option. 6 or so emails later no response. I tried desperately to contact them so that they could remove the signature requirement and never got a response. After the third attempt *** said they were returning my package to sender. When I finally was able to speak with someone from Phatmoto it was a call center overseas. They were of no help, they didn't know where my package was and when I asked if they were going to reship it to me they didn't know. The bike cost $799. To add to my situation *** not helpful either, they also said that they don't know where it is. As of now I'm getting no help from Phatmoto what so ever and I'm out $799.

      I ordered my phatmoto gas powered bike from phatmoto.com, I ordered the bike on June 27th, the bike as advertised came with certain parts pre assembled. The pedal shaft on the left side came with a factory defect, a headlight was cracked, missing a break light and horn. I have emailed the company email several times with responses up until about last week. I spent ****** with them and they messed up now they wont return my emails or calls. I dont know what to do as this was my form of transportation to and from my two jobs, the bike is unrideable without the pedal and shaft assembly.

      I have contacted them alot about when we received the bike the headlight was broken and there were no instructions of how to out the bike together. The first time they said they would send me a replacement headlight and instructions. Now they will not answer my emails

      can not contact company. call put on hold then drops after several minutes, just hangs up. also entered my number for a call back and nothing. i feel like im getting ripped off here. website states that it would ship same day and nothing

      Ordered 3 bikes for my kids. 1st bike had bent forks and could not be assembled. 2nd bike leaks from the gas tank. 3rd bike did not open, still in box. Sent numerous email and left phone messages. Never received any call back or response to emails. I would like my money back.

      I purchased a motorized bike from this company less than a month ago. The bike is defective and has left me stranded three times. I asked to return the defective bike and customer service states its a used bike and cannot be returned, contrary to their 30 day warranty policy.

      Hello,I bought this Scooter on August 9th 2023 from PHATMOTO Scooter and since I have been in Contact with the Company about the issue I am having with the scooter. I purchased the scooter in August 9th as I stated and received it via ***** on August 15th 2023. My biggest issue with the scooter is that while riding it just stops suddenly unnoticed. That happened 4 times from the day I bought it. Not happening as often where I could take a video to send it to the company. Not everything you can take video of it if doesn't happen as often. I sent multiple email to the company and they don't seem to understand my concerns. They want me to send video if the issues which I explained to them that it doesn't happen as often for me to take a video. I don't want to keep the scooter because later on I don't want to get stuck with it. I need my money back and they need to provide me a label to send it back with there own expense because the scooter is super heavy. I believe it's over 175 lbs. And it's within 2 weeks of used since I contacted them about it. I worked alot and I bought this Scooter to enjoy myself sometimes. That's why I bought it so expensive hoping to have less issues. Poor customer service from this company
