Alfred advertises that media content included with their books is available to access/ re access at any time. I can't access the content I paid for. there seems to has a website glitch that prevents users from login/registration. I asked tech help to resolve. One inaccessible purchase is from a sheet music retailer WITH A LEGAL CONTRACT TO SELL NEW ALFRED PRODUCTS . The other inaccessible purchase was purchased DIRECTLY FROM ALFRED.Tech sends canned responses/ won't acknowledge the issue. According to Alfred, I can't login to access access EITHER book's content because ONE of the books was purchased through a third party site. I sent screenshots of Alfred invoice verifying my purchase made on their website. Tech ignores/says can't (won't) help. I asked to be refunded for the Alfred purchase if they refuse to provide the content purchased directly through Alfred.Alfred advertises that media content is available to access/ re access at any time, but states no refunds will be issued because I purchased ONE book from a third party retailer. AGAIN: this retailer has a legally binding contract with Alfred as legitimate retailer of their products. I verified this. One new book doesn't explain why the website isn't working for my other purchase made DIRECTLY FROM ALFRED . I implored tech to view my screenshots to verify my purchase of the other book through Alfred/ to please at least help access media content for this one purchase through Alfred (even though my other purchase through legally contracted retailer should be honored ).Tech repeats the same nonsense that they won't help me because one book was not purchased directly on their website. Tech tells me to return this book and buy it on their website. Surely that is unethical to refuse to honor content they legally contracted to be sold through the third party retailer/ try to force purchase from them. It has literally been a week of me begging for help and getting this obnoxious brushing off of the problem.
