I purchased a H20 Steam Pro Mop on May 3, 2021 and was put on my debit card for the amount of $134.80 and was processed on May 31, 2021. I recently used the mop and it don't work like it suppose to and I just don't like it, they say it has a year warranty for any reason it can be returned for a full refund. I tried to notify the company by phone and couldn't get thru to them because I want to send back the mop and get the refund put back on my debit card or send me a check for the amount I paid for it. Why I haven't used the mop till now I,ve been in the hospital for surgery"s and wasn't able to use it. I would appreciate if you could notify the company to reimburse me back the $134.80 and the address where to send back the mop. The company said the $134.80 would be put back into my bank account within 5 to 10 business day's and this was e-mailed to me on December 3, On December 16 I checked with my bank and nothing has been put back in my bank account from Thane Company, When they put the $134.80 back in my checking account I will close the case, They also said to despose the pro steamer as I see fit, I have already took it to the dump Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/12/20) */ Hello ******: My case number is ******. Just called the bank on 12-20 and thane company put in $119.85 back in my bank account, the lady the other day at the bank must had over looked it when I called. On December 3 the company E-Mailed me and said they was going to put in $134.80 in my account, so they still owe me $14.95 since the whole amount of $134.80 was taken off my debit card, when they put the $14.95 in my account I will close this case. Would you mind contacting Thane company and tell this and let me know their response. Case ******: I found my invoice for the steamer and nothing was said there was a $14.95 for the shipping. They took out $134.80 from my debit card when I purchased it by phone. They did say they would put the whole amount of what I paid $134.80. Why don't they put in the $14.95 so I can close this case with you.
