I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to ********************** and M LEONARD & ASSOCIATES to have this account removed from my file and they are always saying the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed this as an outcome of Identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from ********************** Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have M LEONARD & ASSOCIATES confirm that I have no account with them and that the ********************** can simply remove it from my credit report.Business response

M Leonard & Associates is Committing abusive, deceptive and unfair debt collection practices by furnishing debts to my consumer report as a means of coercing me to pay an extension of credit, which is a direct violation of 18 U.S.C 894 - Collection of extensions of credit by extortionate means. They have taken adverse action against me, with forethought and malice, by furnishing inaccurate and knowingly false collections to my consumer report without my lawful authority. This adverse action as defined under 12 CFR 1002.2(c)(1)(i), has negatively affected my ability to extend credit and operate in commerce. Congress makes it clear that causing a restraint of trade or conspiring to cause a restraint of trade, pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1, is declared to be illegal to and carries both civil and criminal penalties. My right to privacy and my right to know where and how to direct the disclosure of my nonpublic information in accordance with 15 U.S.C 6801(a) of the ********************* ****** Financial Protection Act, has been violated. No response to the letter sent on 11/2/22 either. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I am permitted by FEDERAL and STATE LAW to file this dispute. I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 U.S.C. ****. These misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 U.S.C. ****. This item found on my credit report isn't related to any transaction that I made. I am alleging that an unauthorized person or company used my personal identifying information to apply for goods, services, or money; and was successful in creating this account. I am not liable for this debt********************* and do not have a contract with M. Leonard & Associates. They have yet to provide me with an original application or contract as I have requested. This account has been disputed and subsequently removed from my credit reports several times due to a failure to verify and validate said accounts. In accordance with the FCRA, once an account has been deleted it is illegal to re-insert the debt back onto my credit report.Customer response
