I wanted an implant. I was talked into getting all my top teeth pulled out and to get a whole top row of teeth. I told them I would not qualify for the loan ********************************* He talked to ********* and they worked it out. He also called her back on her personal number to get the loan processed. He was mad at the outcome of the temporary teeth. " They came out Beautiful" He was very abusive to me. He called the place that gave us the loan and said he never approved the loan and it was fraud. I since had to file a restraining order. I told them this and they still pulled the loan. I am stuck with temporary teeth. They said there's nothing they can do. I have to come up with $12,000 for the permanent teeth. I don't know how long these temporary teeth are going to last.

Between 05/27/2021 until 10/12/2021 I paid a total amount of ***** I went in good faith to see*************** and brought my insurance card to be seen for a cosmetic procedure to feel better about my self So during the visit I was initially quoted ******* for 2 dental implants and partial denture with 2 extractions But after they showed me the total I told ********* his staff that its too much and Im not comfortable to spend that much money for my teeth so she showed me a discounted option for $****** but I still expressed my hesitation because its still too much for me, So she came up with an agreement to do it and I was informed that they will finance the money for the procedure and asked me to put money down so I gave $**** then they took my information after that she told me that I wasn't approved. Later on I just got a a bill from a ******** that charged with a**** APR for a loan I did not signed for. So I disputed that to close the account. She later offered a ***** procedure and another one for front teeth for $**** but in between the visits I already paid ***** over what was done. My husband recently passed away due to covid and I had to reschedule my appointment because I am sick but also worried that I may transmit something because I have a fever at that time but Im feeling a discomfort/pain where they did the procedure(UNTIL NOW). So I requested to reschedule but she got mad. I still went to see them on 10/12/21 she showed me a very bad attitude she even said that " I can not see the doctor unless I pay the whole remainder of the ******even if I paid them the ***** I questioned ********* ****** but she started yelling at me when I explained that I am in pain and I already paid for what I want them to see me for. But all she did was to threaten me to be removed from the clinic unless I pay for a procedure that wasn't even started I gave her my card but after she said that I took my card and left with despair and anxiety that caused me to be hospitalized
