Scammers Pay attention, these people are dedicated to robbing people, they have several demands in small claims, and they cannot be stopped, they start doing the work for you and after they already asked you for a deposit, they extend your time and when you start looking for them in their office , they never there and they do not answer the phone. If you have any doubts, these are the cases that these RATS have! BE CAREFUL! My family hired this company to do and ADU in my property, I gave to Mr.************* $4,664 as advance payment, he star having excuses all time, saying he has family problems, I was very patient with him, at the end he told me that he can not continue with my project, he make me waist a lot months then he just send me an e-mail saying that some one else can continue. I told him I paid you more that half of contract money, he said he will return me part of that. Again he make me wait and until now, he has send none check, he does not answering any phone calls, any e-mal and his office location no body open the door, I sue him and I found that there is other 3 people suing this company. I want you do something this persons ************ &****************** they are husband and wife and owners of ABSTRACT PLANNING & DESIGN INC. PLEASE !! WARN OTHER I'm doing my best to recover my money , I feel very frustrated, angry because that project of ADU was for my family and now I don't have the money, I haven't the ADU because of these people. This two individuals ************************************** where hired to draw some plans for a client for a home kitchen addition. The charge was $6,000 which $5,000 was given to him. Plans where draw and submitted to ************ which it states on the contract that he will draw, submit , correct and deliver to me city approved plans . Well Mr ****** decided that when the city sent plans for corrections he decided to ignore them and decided he was going to walk away from the project without given us any explanations. For months we have been trying to contact him and he has ignored us . We have sent emails after emails and he has been MIA . Our clients have been so disappointed that he took the hard working money from them and didn't care at all. I have two other individuals he did the same thing . He needs to be stopped he is just a fraud and I wonder how many more victims are out there
