Not the first time using this company but this is the second incident. First one I was missing a few things but didnt wanna make a big deal out of it. Tried using their services again, now Im getting the run around on my packages and **** keeps giving me the run around and now telling me he cant do anything anymore because my box is lost. Now when I came to raise a stink they are telling me that the boxes are fine that I have to have someone pick them up and that we had to have received a call to pick them up. **** never told ** that. He said it would be delivered directly to the address I provided them with and thats what I paid for. Now I had to pay different people in ****** to help me call and pick up one of my boxes. I have two but for some reason I was only able to pick up one. **** gave ** a number that they could call in ****** to inquire about the second package but when I tried to call it here it was some kind of *** number which is highly inappropriate and even harassment. I have wasted more time and money than I should have trying to recover my second package. **** is now refusing to help us saying that he can no longer to anything because they sent my package further away from its destination. We have experienced items missing and boxes delayed with this company and we are fed up. We are looking for restitution in all the money I spent paying people to help me call and go to the company in ****** and pick up my box for me. We would also like a declaration stating that they are at fault and an apology.
