FRAUD!!!! My family purchased 2 burial plots from ****************************** Memorial Park and Mortuary in North Hollywood, **. We paid $20,000 and received a receipt for the purchase. In the next couple of week, we starting being harassed about making payments and they never received our money. We were getting calls every day and they were threating. We went to the cemetery 3 times and they confirmed they have the money but they continued calling. We've reached out to Dignity Memorial and no one has an answer, they don't email us back or return our calls. My elderly parents have been through h*** and back, 3 months later, we have not received an answer from them. We want our money back!! What kind of a disgusting place take advantage of the elderly at their time in need. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING!!Initial Complaint

We have NEVER done any business whatsoever with Dignity Memorial, we have NO intention of ever doing business with them. We have NEVER initiated contact with Dignity Memorial for any reason and have NEVER indicated or communicated by any means any interest in the alleged services or products of Dignity Memorial. The company persists in targeting my family members by name with mailings, and I have called at least twice to ask them to TAKE US OFF THEIR MAILING LISTS AND CEASE ALL CONTACT and I have marked their unopened, unwanted mailings REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER and thrown 'em in at the post office yet Dignity Memorial FAILS TO COMPLY. What part of STOP SENDING YOUR TASTELESS, ********, DEATHMONGERING UNWANTED C*** MAILINGS DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND, "Dignity" Memorial????? We don't answer "surveys" for ANY "community" or whatever the h*** you're claiming to send this stuff for!!!! We don't want ANYTHING from YOU "Dignity" Memorial!!! I know horrible, tasteless companies like yours, "Dignity" Memorial, step up their games and amp up the marketing during the holidays when many people are emotional and vulnerable, making you all the more tasteless and disgusting. We've lost someone very important and special to us recently, a friend that "stuck closer than a brother" (cf. Proverbs 18:24.) My 82 year old family member laments that he is getting notice from his beloved university that every day that members of his college graduating class are dying. In the NAME OF ***** and by the POWER OF THE BLOOD OF *****, I COMMAND "DIGNITY" MEMORIAL TO CEASE AND DESIST WITH ANY AND ALL CONTACT ONCE AND FOR ALL. "DIGNITY" MEMORIAL, you will STOP SENDING ANY AND ALL MAILINGS TO ANYONE AT ***** *****************************, ******, ** *****-5991 as well as ***** **********, ******, ** ***** NOW AND FOREVERMORE! If you have so much time and resources on your hands and need something to do, go cremate your mother.
