This company installed my solar system in 2017. As of today the solar system is not working and I have no way of contacting them as they have gone out of business. If there is anyone who can help me I would greatly appreciate it.Review from Dave M

Total scam, they promise so much and in the end, you pay 3-4 times more than before the solar panels. Do not use them as they are liars and fraudulent.Review from Elisa F

i have been trying to contact this company for the past 6 months and no reply, The number for contact never answers and no one ever emails back, i have been having an issue with my solar inverter and my solar is not working properly, how does a company get away with selling a product that is malfunctioning and your still paying the bank , who can i contact or do i have to take legal action, this is not what i signed for but for some reason they are getting away with peoples hard earned money. no stars for this complaintReview from Mary Jane B

Our solar never work since installed. I tried many times to contact Canopy energy but it impossible to reach. There phone is always busy and cannot leave a message. I also tried contacting the contractor but they are not returning my call or message. I was able to reach the person who went to my house to sell the solar, his name is ***********************, and promised me to get my issue resolve but after a few weeks he is now out of reach. He also introduce me to the *** of the company, **** ****, but his response is he will forward my concern to ******** ******* but no call from them. BBB please help with my concern. Im paying Solar to the bank that is not working.Review from Evelyn D

We have Canopy-energy, the inverter is not working. We kept on calling their phone numbers for several times almost everyday but always busy & leave message or only answering machine that will answer but we cannot leave messages because their voice mail is full. We don't know where to verbalize our problems or complaints. The solar system is not working been a while. We kept on calling but no answer. We didn't even receive any notice what happened. Our PG&E bills is very high. We are paying the Bank for our Canopy Solar System that is not working. Kindly direct us where to go inorder to solve our problem. To BBB please help us, begging for your help. We appreciate much of your time.Review from Barbara W

I purchased a solar panel system using Canopy. The system is paid for however in less than three years the inverter is not working and Canopy is unresponsive. After spending $$$$ on a solar farm Angel system the company should be held liable for replacement and repair. I am asking the BBB for their assistance.Review from Judy N

Misleading sales practices and they do not respond to voicemails or emails on the support side. It's been impossible to reach anyone to answer a question or get additional support.Review from Tony R

this company has been calling 2 times a day for the last 3 weeks . ONCE AT 8 IN MORNING every morning robo call wants me to hold to leave message. Ive tried calling at diffent times and no one answers the phone.
