I received multiple offers on the mail from the Latin Program Assistance in Spanish ( Programa ****** de *********** when I thought that the program was already finish I call and I accept to get the Panels from Sunuso Energy they work with the company because of the benefits they told me I will received. An incentive up to $2,467.79 but when I fill the paper work I was advise I will received just $800 incentive because it depends on the funds available. I was advise that after the panels systems where turn on that is when they start processing the incentive and takes between 1 to 3 months. The system was turn on on March 23,2023 and I still on today's date haven't received any deposit or check. And unable to get any response, even the contact from the Latin program haven't been able to get any response from the Manager in charge from Sunuso. I am paying the monthly payments for the panels, the energy bill and also one time $90 for a document that the financing company requested I received another letter from the financing company to pay another $90 to invalidate the document or something like this because I don't have it handy, but I didn't send the other $90 I was advise need it to sent by money order.
