reached out to AMR labs in the summer of 2019 with hopes of starting a haircare product. I called them and talked to a woman named **** and she told me to send in the formulation fee of $750 and fill out a new product form on their website at amrlabs.com. After doing what I was advised to do by ****, a month went by with no contact from ****. I called and they said they would get to it soon. Eventually, I gave up and decided that I did not want to continue but then Emanuel Itzhakian told me he was sorry and would fix it. Finally, they make samples and on December 13, 2019, the product sample was approved for mass production. Weeks later, Emanuel says that he can not give me that sample because the scent was no longer available and that I would have to reformulate. We finally reformulate and I place an order for that particular product to go into a 3 month testing to ensure product safety.. I also sent in another $750 fee for the second product. However, once I finally get the first order shipped 12/8/21 for the price of $4521.87 to me the final batch of products did not match the product sample I approved. I told Emanuel that I was not pleased with the ordering wanted to send the products back for a full refund and for months he refused and did not take responsibility for bad product and blamed me and UPS for it. Finally, he promised to fix the product and give me $3000 credit towards the order. I told him the his labs has taken a lot of time from me and has caused a lot of financial damage and emotional damage. I told him that in order for this to move smoothly that I would need transparency and communication. He makes small talk but none of it explains when and how long it will be before I get my product. It has been 2 and a half years of back and forth. I have decided that due to the constant games, lack of transparency, and constant problems I no longer want to do business with this company. I asked for a refund but he has refused.
