      Viviscal hair growth product ordered from company 9/27/2022 packing slip# LIFH ******** 10/28/2022 packing slip order # LIFG ******** End of ************ was falling out. Contacted the company. Got the runaround. Contacted my credit card company they said must deal with company. Tried again they said it must be my problem. I have no medical condition that would warrant hair fallout. Never happened to me before using their product. Contacted them again in April they said the 90 day warranty had run out and they couldnt find a record of my previous calls. I want a refund of $78.20 defective products. They should stand behind their products. They refused. My hair is fine now after stopping their products. It took some time. It was a horrible scary situation for me to undergo! I would appreciate your assistance in getting a full refund. Thanks for you intervention. Regards *****

      On July 4, 2022, I placed a "Starter Kit" order that was supposed to be a 3-month supply for $99.00. Even though I did not expect them to arrive after the 3 months, I've kept the supplies because of the quality. As of January 18, 2023, I tried to cancel the subscription by deleting the credit card information from my account but you can only do so with your account information. The subscription keeps the information active unless you provide another cc number. I wrote an email and they keep charging. Today I noticed the charge for another month. I've called but the phone number is NOT WORKING. There are many complaints for which someone has got to take action against this company.

      On September 12 (??), I ordered a 3-months supply of Viviscal to check it out. I did not sign up for a subscription - just a one time order.Suddenly, I was charged over a hundred dollars for a new shipment.Over dispute and back and forth, the company told me I could not control my account online and could only do so through customer service.My bank cancelled my charge, but this company is a rip-off and scam.

      Bought a 90 day supply and unknowingly was enrolled in a auto refill plan and was automatically billed **** ********************** which I had NOT authorized Contacted the company. They told me when I received the package to return it and I will then receive my credit. I have returned the package, I have proof of same, I have called them five times they have confirmed that they have received the package yet I still have not received my credit **********************

      I ordered 2 kits from viviscal and was charged. I just received 1 kit via UPS. I called and spoke with their customer service department. I was told that I was charged for 1 kit and did not order 2. I have the order summary showing that I ordered 2 and paid for 2. The supervisor, **** got on the phone and said that I had ordered 2 then backtracked stating that it was 1 and I was only charged for 1. this company is a scam.

      On December 8th 2020, I made a purchase for a starter kit and did not intend on signing up for the 3month auto-renew. On June 9th I got an email that the next order was on the way- I called customer service and asked this be canceled. I then received a notice that the package was shipped - I let them know I had moved and did not want the service. They told me I could simply return the package and that the service would be canceled. I told them I had moved, so would not be there to get the package. Customer service said they would cancel the subscription and offer a refund. A few months later I received a phone call saying I owed money, I called back, explained and said I would not be paying. Now I have received a letter from a collections company. I reached out to viviscal explaining the situation- they cited phone calls and said I had to pay in order to resolved.Feb 4th 2021 February 4th I requested the transcripts and they refused to share (saying they were collected for training purposes only) I then asked for contact information of someone at the company and they said all correspondence could be completed via email.

      Emailed on 11/16/21 to notify them that I was not satisified and would like a full refund (as stated when ordered - there was a 90 guarantee). 11/19/21 - Spoke to *****, she said I will get an email 7 - 10 business days for the return ticket and I would print it out, attach to the box requesting a full refund and to drop in the ***. 11/28/21 - Received email but couldn't print out label so I requested that it be snail mail it - ***** said ok and that she would mail send it via mail. 1/4/22 - Spoke to ***** again, requested a label please be mailed to me again, she said she would send it again.. Today is 2/6/2022. To date, I still have not received any label or refund and am contacting BBB requesting a full refund. The total is $103.58.

      ******Order ***. Hello on November,2 2021 I made one time purchase of their product through their website. On February 1, 2022 I noticed a pending charge from viviscal. I called customer service and they told me that I did subscription which is a lie. I asked them to cancel shipment because first of all I didn't do any subscription an I moved to another apartment(which basically in the same building). They advised me to return it when ill get it because they have no way to stop shipping the product(but they still didn't ship it at the moment of our conversation). I called ***** and asked them to keep the package because I don't live there anymore, ***** said that they cannot do that, then after I got notification that package was delivered I went to the new tenants of my previous apartment and they said that they didn't receive anything, and Viviscal refuse to return my money now

      I have notified this company I do not want them to continue to send me product and bill me for it numerous times and they continue to do so. I have had to lock my credit card to prevent this.

      On May 12, 2021, I signed up for a single, non-renewing, 3-month starter pack with Viviscal. I was charged the next three months for that purchase. In August, I received an email about them renewing the subscription. I contacted them about it. I had not signed up for the renewing option (I had triple checked that it was not a subscription before purchasing). They said it would be cancelled. On 12/19/21, I was charged again by them. I immediately reported this and cancelled ongoing payments through PayPal and reached out to customer service. They are now again reporting that they cancelled it back in August, but that I have an outstanding balance and will charge me again in January. As mentioned, I received only the one 3month pack and paid for it at that time. I have received nothing else from them and have informed them of this. Yet they continue to charge me and will not refund these fraudulent charges.
