These people went ahead and issued an insurance and charged my credit card even tough they had clear written instructions not to do so. They even told me the insurance will not take effect without signatures. I never signed anything, and yet the insurance was issued and took effect. I'm now in the middle of a dispute. Be aware! Their business standards and very low. All they want is to charge your card at any cost.

FALSE ADVERTISING. On their website *****************************************************, it clearly stated they do LIMOUSINE INSURANCE but when I called she told me with the attitude that THEY DONT DO LIMO INSURANCE. When I brought that to her attention, once again with attitude she completely denied it and told me to report it to BBB INSTEAD.*****************************************************Vios Insurance Services (********)******************************************************************
