I got a random charge on my bank card one day from this company. I've never heard of it and none of the websites under the name are familiar. I've already contacted my bank to work on a solution as well. Amount was pending in account starting 2/26/22.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/24) */ This individual reached out to us regarding an unrecognized charge on their card under the name "Brightech". It did not come from us, and we are not the only company with this name, however the individual is upset that we couldn't help them. We are aware of another company with a similar name that may be fraudulent, as we have been getting contacted with numerous complaints from other individuals about unrecognized/fraudulent charges, and have reported the business. However we would prefer not to make a public accusation. We hope that the individual will be able to get their money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a lamp and simply want to return it. I had problems when I was tracking the delivery and can only feedback from an automated system that each time indicates my email account is not active but I did receive an email back when I want to shop for more items but not when I want to inquiry about the delivery and now with the return. The phone number says the LA call center is closed due to COVID. I did receive the order and simply want to return and get a refund.Business response

Brightech Elite Customer Service Team Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/02/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I was contacted and returned the lamp. The lamp was received two days ago and I received the credit back to my account today.
