    ANYONE READING THIS SHOULD TAKE NOTE. This company has some issues. If you read the complaints youll see many people who have had a myriad of problems. Mine is a warning about how they do their business and handle information and fraud issues. I began getting mail from Premier Auto Credit about a year ago with my address and the name of someone who does not live at my house and has never lived at my house. I sent the letters back as instructed by **** and they just kept coming. Then I was sent mail from collections agencies, parking enforcement, toll agencies, collections, towing...you name it and then someone showed up at my house. Bottom line: Premier Auto Credit allowed (or worse, enabled, abetted) a group of fraudsters to buy a car using my address without following the proper data collection. This group of criminals is now associated with my address, I believe, because Premier Auto Credit allowed them to use my address to get DMV paperwork . i.e. they used the paperwork from PAC and an associated company to file at the **** Premier Auto Credit did no fact checking and I have had to deal with the fallout. I called the company to rectify this matter and a representative openly mocked me, accused me of mail fraud, tried to intimidate me and refused to accept responsibility, When a business does this, it should make one wonder if they are part of the scam? Either way, if you read the reviews and their answers, you will see that they rarely take responsibility for their actions, no matter the issue. Im writing here, because the BBB would not look into this matter, because I am not a customer of PAC...just a victim of their poor business practices. Premier Auto Credit, I believe, is grossly negligent in their data collection and handling processes and needs to look into how their employees collect information and handle complaints. YOU SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF PREMIER AUTO CREDIT...unless you are a criminal who wants to defraud people, of course.

    This is simply not true. Throughout this summary not once do you hear mention of a manager being requested to address this issue. An issue of this magnitude needs to be escalated to higher management. In order to get to the bottom of this we will need more information. For example, the name of the consumer on the letter. The fact that we are willing to address this issue should convey that we are very much concerned and would like to rectify this situation. It appears we are both victims here.     If I could give them - stars I would give them -5 They rip people off. They are not for the people they are all about making more than they should on used cars and messing up people's credit!!! Not helping people get better credit. They also lie about refinancing after a year cause they don't do it after they tell you they will.

    This company is the rudest and even cussed me out I do not recommend this auto loan service at all. They dont have manners they are very rude and need to be professional. my car was totaled. My insurance was waiting for the title for two months and premier auto credit was not sending over the title. They stated that they were going to ruin my credit and they will continue to bother me even though my insurance did a total pay off of my debt, this is a joke. You guys are ridiculous. Learn how to be professional I hope you get shut down one day.

    They help me move my vehicle from mechanic shop to corpart but dod not telle til last week that there was going to be a fee to get it out. So now I am going to be charge for it sitting there or I have to let me cell phone go which I have to have to go to work and to clock in and they don't care that I have to work to get food for me and my wife and gas to go to work.

    ************ was advised of the charge. We have been assisting ************ with his account . In an effort to continue to assist ************, we paid the copart fees upfront so that he could recover his vehicle. We understand the importance of transportation. To say we do not care about our consumer's is not accurate.

    This year, i voluntarily returned my car back to the creditor - Premier Auto Credit. End of last year, i bought a car from an auto lot and premier financed it. After 3-4 months of not receiving registration from the auto lot, i went to DMV. DMV stated they cannot help me as there are 2 lienholders on it, one being Premier Auto Credit (which that is correct). Do not have any idea who the 2nd lienholder. I spoke multiple times with the auto lot and they even sent me a screen shot of the registration but never mailed the physical copy/original document. From that point, i tried even reaching out to Premier Auto Credit for assistance. They talked to the auto lot owner and believe what that auto lot owner said "he mailed it", which is very deceitful comment. Premier Auto Credit asked me to talk to DMV. I told the staff at Premier Auto Credit what DMV said. At this point, no one is helping me get the registration, no company at all. At that point, my only decision was to stop driving it or get multiple tickets. I parked the car, told Premier Auto Credit that I voluntarily turn over to them. It took them 3 months before they finally picked it up and that's only because the police placed a warning sticker on it to be towed. Another few months and I noticed they are still charging me monthly payments. I never missed a payment until this big issue. Even with me having no choice but to turn the car back in, they are charging me like this whole big issue places me at fault. Oh, the auto lot has now changed their name, I cannot find him anywhere. Why, Premier Auto Credit, are you still charging me monthly car payments and late fees? You have the car, I could drive it without new license plates and tabs. This is not my fault by far. I made monthly payments on time. I knocked the loan down to ****** from ******+ when I first purchased it.Now, it's back to ******+

    Please be advised that there was an issue with the dealer providing the title. However, this issue was resolved. The reason why the consumer is being held accountable is because there is a breach of contract. The consumer only made eight payments on the contract and the account went so far as to go past due ***** days. Once the vehicle was recovered, it was sold at auction within compliance. We would not have been able to sell the vehicle without title which means that the title issue was resolved and the consumer could have registered the vehicle. Per the contractual agreement, the consumer is accountable for the loan balance. For further assistance, please reach us at ************.

    The worst finance company I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional staff, rude management. Cant ever get in my online account to view my statements. They tell me one thing and then it switches when you talk to someone different.

    I bought an 14 thousand dollar car and I put 10k down and I ended up getting charged 20k . I wouldnt have bought the car had they not informed me of this first . I was promised that I wouldnt pay more than 16k for the car. Also my credit got ruined because their online website is down and I lost my voice permanently ,so calling isnt an option. I demand 4 grand taken off my car debt and some compensation for my credit going to 720 to 420..

    The owner that responds to these messages is a joke and the fact that the so called better business bureau still stands by them is grotesque. They know that they illegally took back the car they sold me and broke into my home !!! Cut off the locks to my back yard and damaged my concrete!! You will never see a dime you swine. Leave that s*** on my credit lol I dont care ****** you will never see anything because the way you went about the situation was diabolical. You have no home training clearly and I feel sorry for your mother who had you because she knows what kind of evil and vile waste of human life you are.

    I am in agreement. I was set up with a payment change date but they didnt honor it. Nor will they send my paperwork. Glad to hear you guys explain what you do, but sadly you guys don't do anything you just explained. If you do record your calls as you state, you'll clearly see that I requested both: the contract I asked to send me the copy of the contract or to simply tell me where I can view the *************** representative stated that you guys have the copy but will not provide it to me this was July 26th 2022; then I was transferred to someone who blatantly hung up on me after saying I'm late on my payment after I had just made the payment. I have records of you guys changing my address via recorded phone call when you guys changed my address and hung up after I requested that you change it back to where my car is actually located. You guys tend to hang up on your customer base quite often as a form of ending to communication when you don't want to adhere to their request. I've never explained to you guys that emails get compromised so there's no reason to assume my email will get hacked. You send out threatening emails (emails containing all caps) but you can't email a requested document? I've previously asked to come to your office but you stated it's not open to the public. So how else does one get the documents? You explained that my telephone number was removed from my account so you don't have a number to call me on but you guys text me (same number) when my payment is a late. You're not the best company to work with at all. Everything you just replied with is a total lie, no apologies needed. I've did everything you said to do when requesting something to be done; your response is always hanging ** on me, and I never become irate nor use it inappropriate language to warrant that response. Seems to me the only thing you're concerned about is money, not being helpful towards your clients.

    **************, your facts are not accurate. You were not granted a due date change. What you were granted was a two-month extension on your loan. The reason for your request was due to issues with your employer's payroll. We typically do not approve extensions for this reason, but we made an exception to assist you. You claim you were never provided the documents when in fact you were. Part of the process once your extension is granted is for you to sign an extension agreement. We have your extension agreement on file with your signature. Hence, you are aware of the terms of the extension agreement. If you still require a copy, please reach us at ************.     I left the LONGEST review about this company on ******* so I won't type a long review here. I find it very ironic that they have the same 1 star rating here as well. So I will keep this review short. AVOID PREMIER AUTO CREDIT! I've asked them to email me details from my contract that was never disclosed to me (Online account suspensions, late fees etc.) and they not only declined and hung up. I had my address changed on my account without my permission, and when I asked to change the address back to the accurate address they simply hung up on me. This company is just a customer away from a huge lawsuit, they're very unprofessional and rude. The way that they speak to customers I know for sure they do not record those calls, so make sure you're recording or keeping records of all conversations between you and this company if you HAVE to do business with them. Avoid this company at all cost! Premier Auto, please do not respond to this review in an attempt to help, as you do nothing to rectify any situation nor help anyone.

    Mr. Hill, we do not negate anyone details of the contract. If we receive a request for a copy of the contract we are obligated to provide it. We do not provide details over the email to protect your privacy. We do not want your information to be hacked. Furthermore, it is your obligation to keep us abreast of your most current demographics. This is important so that critical pieces of mail are mailed to the correct address. If an address was changed, it was done to ensure you receive important mail. I can assure you that we are well aware of the acquisition of information clause and we are compliant. If you have any information on the associate that was unprofessional, please provide a name and/or extension so that we can address this issue.
