On 2/25/2024, I was invited by Q-Insights to join an online panel for electric vehicle owners and I was to receive $25 for joining within 3-4 weeks. In order to receive the incentive, I was instructed to simply complete a ***** minute qualifying study, which I did with thoughtful high quality responses, and then to just confirm my email address with the online panel, which was also completed. It's now been three months since completing the requirements to earn the incentive and I still have not received the payment. I've tried to contact the company several times with no response. I'm only seeking the $25 that I was promised and qualified to receive. Thank you!Initial Complaint

I completed many tasks for this website. For one task, I was supposed to receive a $10 tango gift card. After emailing support multiple times, I have not received the gift card. I was recruited to participate in an "Insurance Interview" that promised a $500 incentive. Participated in and answered questions on 10/24/22 but as yet have not received the $500 incentive.Business response

During the conversation the respondent was able to locate the $500 payment which was emailed to the respondents work email with the ****************. The respondent confirmed that the oversight was due to tight spam filtering featured in place by her employer. This *** ticket should be deemed resolved based on the conversation had with the respondent confirmation that incentive was indeed processed in November 2022. I took part in a focus group interview on Thursday June 16th 2022 and was promised a $150 compensation. I emailed the project manager on 6/16/2022, 6/21/2022, 7/6/2022, 7/18/2022 and 7/29/2022 about my compensation and have not heard back. I have called a woman name***************** at************* 5 times and have reached her 3 of those times each time her telling me she would look into it.Business response

I belong to a market research panel run by ISA, icanmakeitbetter.com. On October 14, 2021, I completed a study at their invitation, for a promised $15 incentive. I have not been paid as promised. I have sent two emails to them that have gone unanswered.Business response
