    Order ********* Never sent shows processing and I cannot get through to the company all I get is a menu to talk to one of their very nice sales associates (that it what it says). It then says press 2 and you get 10 minutes of music then the person you are trying to call is not available and nothing so I left a message not knowing if it is recording or not. Have sent 3 emails. Have them saved. What kind of business works this way? This is for a elder patient we cannot get it in our town.

    Why cant I give zero stars? After placing an order, I was emailed a form asking me to fill out my name, address, full credit card information and a signature verifying that I give SupremeMed authorization to charge my credit card. Once they received back the completed form, they would process my order. I checked my cc and they had already charged my card. It wasnt pending, it was charged. In 2024, can you imagine if every time an online order was placed, the company sent out a form to be filled out and returned giving authorization to charge a cc? Wasnt permission given to charge the cc when I put in all the same info they were asking for on the form on their website and hit submit? Did they really need the form filled out since they already charged my cc and the payment was processed? Their business practice makes zero sense. On another note, I paid for 2 day shipping and 8 days after my order, the products hadnt been shipped. I was told they were out of stock. That information should have been on the webpage or at checkout or at the very least communicated after the order was placed. I would have ordered the product somewhere else because I needed it. Order your medical equipment from ANY other business.
