Why cant I give zero stars? After placing an order, I was emailed a form asking me to fill out my name, address, full credit card information and a signature verifying that I give SupremeMed authorization to charge my credit card. Once they received back the completed form, they would process my order. I checked my cc and they had already charged my card. It wasnt pending, it was charged. In 2024, can you imagine if every time an online order was placed, the company sent out a form to be filled out and returned giving authorization to charge a cc? Wasnt permission given to charge the cc when I put in all the same info they were asking for on the form on their website and hit submit? Did they really need the form filled out since they already charged my cc and the payment was processed? Their business practice makes zero sense. On another note, I paid for 2 day shipping and 8 days after my order, the products hadnt been shipped. I was told they were out of stock. That information should have been on the webpage or at checkout or at the very least communicated after the order was placed. I would have ordered the product somewhere else because I needed it. Order your medical equipment from ANY other business.Review from Nursing H

Absolute criminals. Scammed a nursing home. Do not order from them. The shipping policies mean nothing. Will be filing an official complaint.

Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the customer's ordered item. We offered resolutions to the issue however the customer did not accept them and demanded a resolution that we are not able to comply with. The customer then requested for a full refund after contacting us a 2nd time which we immediately processed and fulfilled.Review from Janice O

This is a dead beat company you cannot trust. I ordered an item from SupremeMed through the Walmart website. When the package arrived it contained a packing slip for my order but the box inside was something entirely different. Walmart wouldn't or couldn't correct it. I called SupremeMed customer service and was told to send an email with the order number to the company, I sent the email containing images of the packing slip and the incorrect item. I was never contacted. I finally sent the whole package back to them and still no response. So I am now out $60. Also I will not order from Walmart again since they do not stand by their venders.Supreme Med Response

We have investigated this further and upon closer inspection it is showing that we have actually received the returned item and it is showing that our system has automatically processed a refund on this order via the Walmart system. However, since the customer is stating otherwise we have contacted our Bank to make sure that the refund properly reflects. We are also unfortunately not showing the email previously sent nor any messages from the Walmart Messaging System. In any case the refund for this has been completely processed and will immediately reflect on the account that was used to make the purchase. We strongly suggest to use the Walmart Messaging System for any issues regarding an order in the future we can assist in a timely manner. We appreciate your kind understanding.Review from Janice D

Supreme med California ripped me off after I had to be pay return shipping on only got back ,three dollars of twelve dollars item company does not stand up to it's logo one hundred percent customer satisfaction beware of their return policy do not recommend buying from themSupreme Med Response
