We have an old flight simulator unit that was created by *****We needed new parts so we looked up their information and proceeded to get all the necessary parts on a quote and an invoice.Lior (aka ***) asked for ***** first but our business doesnt have that service, so he asked us to wire the money and we did.The lead time he told us went by and there was no update.we contacted him via email and phone and he said it would be shipped out the next week.we followed up after receiving no shipment and our phone calls and emails are no longer being answered.the money is gone and we have no parts to show for it.Initial Complaint

I am a semi retired physician and a private pilot. I contacted Nuna simulations in 2018 and after talking to the owner, *****************, I entered into an agreement for a flight simulator. He sent me an invoice and said that the simulator may be ready within 3-4 months. I paid him the money since he said that he needed to buy parts before the prices go up. Within a year I filed a complaint with BBB. He called me and sent me several false shipping tickets leading me to believe that the shipment is on the way. TO date he has not delivered and I have at least a 100 emails from him verifying that he owes me the simulator.He is still in business and I am out ****** dollars and it is too small an amount for a lawsuit, I tried arbitration and he still promised to deliver the simulator.As it stands, I will be at least partially satisfied if he does deliver me the goods for which I paid.Initial Complaint

I ordered on item on 10 Aug 2022. It is now 26 Aug and I have not received the product. From their website: "Items will be shipped within 1-5 business days upon ****** verification payment is completed. Then add 2-3 business days for Priority Shipping." They do not answer their *** number and their is no voicemail. Their local *** number has been disconnected. And they do not respond to emails.Initial Complaint

I ordered two flight simulation panels on January 26, 2022 and I have not yet received the product. At first the owner ********* stated that they had issues getting parts to fulfill the order and this was acceptable to me. He finally gave me a tracking number on March 23, 2022 however that FedEx Tracking still shows the package as pending. I have had several emails, phone calls and texts with********* and he keeps promising that the package will ship but never does. I have also given him the option to refund my order if he is unable or unwilling to fulfill the order but he never does. The order total was for $253.00 order #***** for one Transponder panel and one Twin Engine Fuel Selector.
