      We are issuing a refund of $32.33, which is the amount of the Nuzzle Pillow and tax.  We cannot issue a refund on shipping and handling.  This will be mailed out to you.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  We are sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced with the Power Ear.  I am going to be issuing you a refund for the original Power Ear you purchased along with the warranty price.  We will also send out another replacement Power Ear for the troubles that you have had.

      I never ordered anything from top dog LLC and there is a recurring charge of 59 dollars on my pay pal account and would like to have this removed as soon as possible never recieved anything from top dog so I know its a unwanted charge I would be greatful to have it removed from my account thank you for your time

      ORDERED A SCIATICA BRACE. Company doubled my order and I figured it was from a computer error or my error with computer knowledge, however an added charge came 2 weeks later for the tax (as they claimed that wasn't processed with the original order). TOP DOG DIRECT LLC Purchase date: Aug, 26, 2022 for one set of sciatica braces: note: two transactions were posted in PAYPAL 1)Transaction ID: 2FBXXXXXJMXXXXXXT Invoice ID: TOPDOOXXXXXXXX ****** 2)Transaction ID: XXXXXXXJDXXXXXXP Invoice ID: TOPDOOXXXXXXXX ****** 3) Invoice ID: TOPDOOOXXX*************** presumed to be a forgotten tax but WHY WASNT IT REPEATED? on Sept. 11, 2022. I reached out to the company so I could return one of the orders, they sent a generic response about getting back to me. They did not answer my question. Then two weeks later I get a small fee charge for ***** and this time they answered my question that the tax was forgotten in the original transaction . Funny, however, they only charged for one order??? And did not answer my question about returning the other order. All was done through PAYPAL and I reached out to their customer service email address listed with Paypal. ************************** ALSO I found that in PAYPAL, the transaction was listed into an AUTOMATIC PAYMENT SEQUENCE MODE which I did not set????       September 8, 2022 Charge to my PayPal account of $74.26. I did not order anything for that amount. Pay Pal says it is correct but I am disputing this with Discover card.

      2022-08-07, 10:30p EDT: Order placed on website 2022-08-08, 3:44p EDT: Received system generated order acknowledgement but no tracking or due date 2022-08-16, 12:10a EDT: Sent email requesting Cancellation of order since no update status had been rec'd 2022-08-16, 12:10a EDT: Received auto reply that message was received and would get a response later 2022-08-16, 12:56a. EDT: Finally got thru to a person on 4th attempt. Rep could not find the order under my name or the number I was calling from (cell). I offered the actual order number, and Rep found order but said that the phone number (home) on the order did not match what I had initially offered. I asked to cancel the order, Rep said order had shipped already on Aug 9th, but could not provide a tracking number. I suggested this was not good service and that they should cancel the order and I would cancel PayPal payment. 2022-08-16, 1:15p EDT: Opened issue with PP and they also sent message to Seller. 2022-08-21, 2:20p EDT: Noticed Front Door Motion Alert on my phone and saw a ****** delivery at 10am. Went out to find package sitting on the bottom steps in the rain. 2022-08-23, 3p EDT: Called Customer Service again, asking for a Return Label and Authorization. '*******' finally found the order, told me it had shipped on Aug 9th, and gave me a **** Tracking Number but package itself delivered by *****. I was given the RMA number and advised to write it on the box and return to Carrier. Went to ***** drop off location and they wanted to charge me almost a full $30 shipping. I refused, brought the package back home, and sent another email to Customer Service asking for a Return Label at their own expense, which I'm sure I won't get. This company serves as a model for extremely poor, almost shady Customer Service. I want my full refund of $104.33 from them.

      On 8-18-22, my ******* account was charged ****** by Top Dog Direct. I don't know who that company is and I did not order anything from them. I want my money refunded. It was described as an automatic payment. They must have me mixed up with someone else. Can you help me? I have instructed ****** to stop any automatic payments to that company going forward. Thank you.

      April 1, 2022 I ordered a hearing aid, it did not work at all. I sent it back April 27, 2002 and have not heard anything. Because I am hard of hearing, my daughter ordered it for me and has tried calling the company several times, there is never an answer and it says the mailbox is full. The advertisement for this product said 100% guaranteed or your money back. I am on a fixed income and would very much appreciated the $162.12 spent on this hearing aid returned to me.

      Ordered nuzzle king pillow 2 pack they charged ****** and I received one pillow on March 8th i have called a number of times and get no where I have asked for atleast half my money back and they want to charge me again to send another order that I've already paid for I think not.
