I purchased two clothing items from this business. One was a preorder (black holiday sweater) that was due in November or December. My other item was tied to the preorder and thus they would ship together. When December passed I reached out to the owner and she said there were shipping delays but she would update all purchasers soon. I then reached out again and again but was ignored. The website updated to March 2024 for delivery. I crossed my fingers this was true then that date passed as well. I reached out again and my emails began being rejected by her server. Its now almost June and I have nothingnot the tshirt that was in stock but was held up due to the sweater preorder, not the sweater, no offer of refund. She is ignoring my emails and has deleted her social media accounts where she cant control responses because Im not the only customer who purchased this sweater. She either owes me the items purchased or a refund. If she does not make this right it means she outright took my money. I would appreciate BBB help in resolving this dispute.Business response

We are working with the customer to resolve this issue. Her order has partially shipped and she is willing to wait for the other item. Logisitical shipping issues and more have set us back greatly this year but we will have all items out to customers as soon as possible and we apologize for all delays.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
It is important to note they have indicated that it will take months to send me the remaining item (in addition there is also an item currently in transit) and I am trusting that the process will proceed and that Poltergeists and Paramours will make good on their word that the items will be in my possession in the not too distant future. If not the this complaint will be revisited.

The online store did not ship the products that I took out an Affirm loan to purchase. *** (*******************************) *** was emailing me at first about shipping delays, but after a few weeks, she stopped messaging me. It states on her website that shipping can take up to 10 weeks, which pushed me out of the window to contest the loan as you must contest within 90 days. I have found on Reddit that over the years, other customers have experienced the same thing. But reviews are deleted off instagram, purchases are too low to go to small claims court, and theres not a physical store to visit. I have screenshots and photos of my communication with *** and the lack of delivery confirmation, so please let me know if this is needed.Customer response
