This company has scammed dozens if not hundreds of people out of skateboard decks costing $194 on their website. They were initially put on back order for a few months per the company. It has now been 2 1/2 years since my order. I have reached out a few times over the years and they ensured me that I would receive my board, but ***** made their production time slower. They have guilted their customer base about being a struggling American based small company. At this time they have stopped responding for months entirely, stopped sending decks out, and will not let me access my account to request a refund. They have locked me out of my account and will not reply to emails. All of their comment section on instagram is dozens of people facing the same issue. I believe they made false production promises and guilt as long as possible to make it too long ago to be able to report.Initial Complaint

I pre ordered a Lithe Slate 3 skateboard deck May 18th 2021. They have failed to refund my money or provide me with a slate 3 skateboard deck since 2021!!!I have reached out to them numerous times since 2021 and they keep saying theyre just a couple months out from shipping decks. Finally in the last 2 months I have tried to just get a refund from them but have received no communication what so ever.I just want a refund at this point.Initial Complaint

Hi! I originally placed an order for a skateboard with this company back on January 29, *********************************************** two months. After following progress on social media for several months and with them following the same pattern of stating it would be another two months and after those two months passing they would say the same thing. Ive grown impatient as a normal person would. They have no become unresponsive to any of my questions and only answer very generally to anyones comments on instagram always resorting to should be about two more months.Initial Complaint

I ordered a skateboard online from Lithe Skateboards on or just before 11/11/22. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. I never received an order confirmation, but my PayPal account was debited for $222.21 on 11/11/22. I knew from the website that there may be delivery issues, so I emailed them to see when the board might ship. The company never responded to this or subsequent emails. They don't return phone calls either. Looking at company reviews on Trustpilot, it appears many other people have had the same problem. Lithe Skateboards is supposed to manufacture one of the best, most durable skateboard decks in the industry, but their customer service is non-existent. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with taking money from a customer without delivering the product or communicating with them if there are issues.Customer response

I have not received a response to any of my emails to the company, nor have I received a refund on the order.
