      I ordered an Honor Guard specific logo in January. Received the shirt and it ran very small. I sent in a request for a return and a larger size. I did not request any money back. It took 10 days for a response, then another 4 days for them to @request photos of the shirt I received. Its been over a week since then with absolutely zero resolution. Never ever order from them.

      I was charged on my bank card $82.40 September 26, 2022 for something I have no idea about. I believe this is fraud. I want a resolution to this immediately- no automated response, but one by a person. Refund to my debit card immediately

      I ordered a jacket from Veterans Nation. On the breast they were to place my rate and rating badge for a *******************************. The first jacket had an error on it. Three stars over the eagle instead of two stars - one star over each extended wing tip of the eagle. I took a picture of the error and sent it to them. They sent me a second jacket with the same error. I sent them a picture of my **** uniform sleeve so they could get it right, plus I sent them a picture form a page in the Blue Jackets Manual, plus a picture of both jacket errors on the same picture. I also provided my telephone number so someone from the company could call me to discuss the issue. Nobody has called me. Today I got the third jacket with the same error as the first two jackets. Clearly quality control is not in the company lexicon nor can they follow directions. I am at my wits end. I can't find a telephone number for the company to call them direct. This is very frustrating. It's ;ike they don't care about their customers or their business. My email address is ********************* Thank you.

We only discovered it when we arrived at our facility. In this case, we remade the correct bagde and are currently producing a new jacket for you. Make certain that the replacement is suitable for you. If the replacement does not match your design, we will refund back to you 100%.       In error I made a double purchase for one item when I was going through my packages I found my error and wanted to return one of the items I was told that I only had 12 hours after the purchase to return. They so "nicely" told me that if it was returned they would have to dispose of it and just keep it ... Obviously I can't use two and I'm now out 69.99 I feel this is totally unacceptable and cant figure why they can't handle returns like most other establishment s

      I ordered two proud Airforce parent shirts for my parents. I had to modify my order , due to my own error i clicked the wrong description for one of the shirts ( i wanted one mom and one dad) i submitted a request. They got it wrong still, then i submitted another request. ***** himself reached out to me to confirm the new changes 8/12/21. I confirmed yes, that is correct. Ever since then, I have not heard a thing. They already took my money but haven't confirmed a thing. It has been approx 14 days now. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am leaving for the Airforce in less than a month and I wanted my parents to have a special shirt. It's not that hard to do your job. I am extremely irritated with this company.
