I ordered a decal from this company and it took from 7/14/23 to 8/11/23 to get here. It was not the correct decal. I have sent a message to the customer support division, but don't think I will get a responsible response. I am going to notify the credit card company and ask them to nullify the charge. I should have checked the BBB first. I can't believe any company would steal from veterans and their families. My husband just passed away from damages to his lungs from agent orange in the ******* War. He suffocated to death, He was drafted in **** and spent 7 years of his life fighting there. He gave his life for this country.

Hi ********,We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience it may cause. For stickers, it is a small item so our carrier will take a longer time to ship to the customer than other product lines. We have no tracking to track it but we have a policy to protect our customer's rights. If the customer has not received the item within 20 business days, we will process the replacement for free or a full refund based on the customer . Our team has contacted ******************** to solve the problem as soon as possible and we are waiting for her response.Review from Mark C

Ordered a decal. Never got an invoice nor shipping information. Month has gone by and I just got the decal on the mail. Its supposed to a Navy E-8 decal with my rate, but the star at the of the anchor is upside down. I threw it away!Review from Jeromy R

Veteran Nation is not a good company to order from.
I placed an order with plenty of time for it to ship to me. The company waited several days before even confirming my order. After the order was confirmed the time window for the order to be processed went by with no contact from them. I contacted Veteran Nation to inquire about my order and they responded by informing me they did not have the ability to fill my order. At this point they had my money and I had no product. they gave me an option to change The color of my order and said they would fill the order. several more weeks went by and the order did not come. I inquired about my order and when it would be shipped. the response was that the order was ready to ship. the tracking information showed my order having a shipping label ready to be printed. for a few more weeks this information did not change. I inquired several times and got the same response.After christmas had past and the window of gift giving elapsed the I contacted the company again. finally I received a response that said they can not find my order and can refund my money if that is what I want. at this point half way thru January after Christmas and having placed the order back in november. I confirmed I wanted a refund which they provided. I urge whoever's is looking to make a purchase from this company to think again. I suspect it is a shell company just using money to earn interest in some bank somewhere. I seriously doubt the legitimacy of the company Veteran nation. I beleive this to be a scam or a front. do not buy from them. do not use your money to further help them take advantage of Veterans.Review from Mark H
