On 9/6/22 I sent a unit in for repair via UPS. I was told the unit was under warranty and repairs would be covered. It was received on 9/12/22. I was never contacted by the company acknowledging they had my unit. When I finally did contact them on 10/12, they said they had just shipped me a new unit. I never received it. I have since called 2 other times and been told the same thing. As of this date I still have not received my unit or any information pertaining to it. I have no order number. All I am looking for is to get my unit back and be done with this. Only other info I can give you is that the unit was an Ecoquest Breeze 2 6 stages air purifier. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you in advance.Business response

EcoQuest - Order ID ****** I placed an order for 2 products on April 12, 2021. I received 1 of the items in a timely manner. However, no communication was sent regarding the 2nd item. On May 3, 2021, I emailed to inquire about the 2nd product: RCI cell 14". The company responded immediately, stating the RCI cell 14" was on back order. On Oct 29, 2021, I contacted EcoQuest and requested a refund for the product they failed to deliver. The company responded immediately stating the product was back in stock. I called them and explained that due to the lack of communication between May 3 and Oct 29 and the length of time I waited I had gone another route. At this time and on one more occasion I was informed I would be issued a full refund totaling $173.00. Unfortunately, the company did not follow through. On Nov 3,2021 I called to ask about the credit for the product they failed to deliver. This time EcoQuest stated their bank was unable to issue a refund because too much time had passed since I placed the order. First, this is the craziest excuse I've ever heard. Secondly - they're directly responsible for the time frame. EcoQuest failed to fulfill my order and they won't return $173.00.Initial Complaint

On July 24th 2021 I purchased a Plug-In Air Ionizer for $45.94. According to the company website it is a plug in air purifier which I purchased for my living room. At first it seemed to be emitting a faint "smell" which I figured it may work better in my bedroom but the doggie smell didn't go away. Maybe about a week or two I noticed a very slight difference, but no more after that. I emailed their customer service and was told by Rep. ****** that I needed to "clean the unit once a month." I emailed back another day to find out how to clean it and was then told the unit was "maintenance free." I was also told that I have 7 days in which to return the item, but told that it takes "7 days" to see a difference" - meaning it will take that long to notice that it is working. ******** said, "unfortunately the dont last for long they usually last for few months we can offer you to buy a new unit." I want my m back. Should have stated online they don't last long. Deception.
